राष्ट्रीय प्राकृतिक खेती मिशन के तहत गुमला के 750 किसान जैविक खेती की ओर, आठ पंचायतों में नई कृषि पहल

गुमला: गुमला जिले में केंद्र प्रायोजित राष्ट्रीय प्राकृतिक खेती मिशन (NMNF) के तहत जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। जिले के गुमला, कामडारा, रायडीह और घाघरा प्रखंड के छह क्लस्टरों में कुल 750 किसानों का चयन किया गया है, जिन्हें प्राकृतिक व जैविक खेती अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा रहा है।

यह पहल जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में जिला उद्यान कार्यालय द्वारा भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना के तहत संचालित की जा रही है। योजना का उद्देश्य रासायनिक उर्वरकों के अत्यधिक उपयोग से प्रभावित मिट्टी की उर्वरता को पुनर्जीवित करना और किसानों के स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा करना है।

कुलाबीरा पंचायत में कार्यशाला, बीआरसी का उद्घाटन

कार्यक्रम के तहत कुलाबीरा पंचायत के पतिया गांव में एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया, साथ ही जिले के बीआरसी (ब्लॉक रिसोर्स सेंटर) का उद्घाटन उप विकास आयुक्त, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी और जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी द्वारा किया गया। इस अवसर पर चयनित 750 किसानों को जैविक खेती के लिए प्रति किसान 400 रुपये ड्रम मद में तथा 300 रुपये प्रतिमाह प्रोत्साहन राशि के भुगतान की विधिवत शुरुआत की गई।

किसानों के खेतों का निरीक्षण, बाजार व सिंचाई का आश्वासन

उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने प्राकृतिक खेती कर रहे किसानों के खेतों का भ्रमण किया और उन्हें बाजार से जोड़ने तथा सिंचाई की समुचित व्यवस्था उपलब्ध कराने का आश्वासन दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि माननीय प्रधानमंत्री की सोच के अनुरूप कृषि भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ है और इसका सशक्तिकरण जैविक खेती से ही संभव है। रासायनिक उर्वरकों के दुष्प्रभावों को देखते हुए अब पारंपरिक और प्राकृतिक खेती की ओर लौटना समय की आवश्यकता है।

जैविक खेती से पर्यावरण और स्वास्थ्य दोनों को लाभ

प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी ने जैविक खेती के लाभ, संभावित बाजार और रासायनिक खेती से होने वाले नुकसान पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी। वहीं जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी तमन्ना परवीन ने कहा कि जैविक खेती गुमला के किसानों की पारंपरिक कृषि पद्धति रही है, लेकिन अधिक उत्पादन की चाह में रसायनों का उपयोग बढ़ा, जिससे मिट्टी की उर्वरता और स्वास्थ्य पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ा। अब फिर से प्राकृतिक खेती की ओर लौटने का समय आ गया है।

आठ पंचायतों में लागू होगी योजना, ‘कृषि सखी’ निभाएंगी अहम भूमिका

जैविक खेती के लिए चयनित पंचायतों में कामडारा प्रखंड की रेड़वा व सरिता, गुमला प्रखंड की कुलाबीरा, कलिगा व मुरकुंडा, रायडीह की उपर खटंगा तथा घाघरा प्रखंड की बेलागाड़ा व चुन्दरी पंचायत शामिल हैं। प्रत्येक पंचायत से दो-दो कृषक परिवारों के सदस्यों को सीआरपी (कम्युनिटी रिसोर्स पर्सन) के रूप में चयनित किया गया है, जिन्हें ‘कृषि सखी’ भी कहा जाता है। इन्हें कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र से विशेष प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है और संस्था प्रदान द्वारा फील्ड स्तर पर सहयोग किया जा रहा है।

कृषि क्षेत्र में नई क्रांति की ओर गुमला

यह पहल गुमला जिले में कृषि के क्षेत्र में एक नई क्रांति का संकेत है, जिससे आने वाले वर्षों में न केवल उत्पादन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार होगा, बल्कि किसानों की आय और स्वास्थ्य भी सुरक्षित रहेगा। इस कार्यक्रम में प्रदान और जेएसएलपीएस की सक्रिय भागीदारी रही, जो किसानों को जैविक खाद, बीज, प्रशिक्षण और बाजार से जोड़ने में सहयोग कर रही हैं।

कार्यक्रम में सभी क्लस्टरों के किसान, सीआरपी सुषमा देवी, बीआरसी उद्यमी अलका देवी, उप-मुखिया सहित प्रदान से मेराज, सुरभि, संजय, अभय और कालेश्वर सहित कई लोग उपस्थित थे।
