गुमला : – गुमला जिला में नव वर्ष 2026 की शुरुआत गुमला जिले में केवल उत्सव के साथ नहीं, बल्कि ‘जीवन रक्षा’ के संकल्प के साथ होगी। सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों पर जिला प्रशासन और परिवहन विभाग ने ‘राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह 2026’ को लेकर कमर कस ली है।
उपायुक्त गुमला, प्रेरणा दीक्षित और जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में इस बार अभियान का केंद्र “सीख से सुरक्षा, तकनीक से परिवर्तन” रखा गया है।
1 जनवरी को लेकर विशेष सतर्कता: पिकनिक के जश्न में न भूलें जीवन की कीमत
प्रशासन ने विशेष रूप से 1 जनवरी को होने वाले पिकनिक और नए साल के जश्न को लेकर कड़ी चेतावनी और भावुक अपील जारी की है। समाचार के माध्यम से जिला प्रशासन ने जनता तक यह संदेश पहुँचाया है:
इंतजार की अहमियत: याद रखें, जब आप पिकनिक के लिए घर से बाहर निकलते हैं, तो शाम को आपके सुरक्षित लौटने का इंतजार घर पर कोई अपना कर रहा होता है। आपकी एक लापरवाही पूरे परिवार की खुशियों को मातम में बदल सकती है।
ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव पर ‘जीरो टॉलरेंस’: शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाना एक अपराध ही नहीं, बल्कि जानलेवा जोखिम है। प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि नशे की हालत में वाहन चलाने वालों पर कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
दोस्ती की गलत परिभाषा से बचें: अक्सर ग्रुप में शराब पीने के बाद “गाड़ी तेरा दोस्त/भाई चलाएगा” जैसे जुमले सुनने को मिलते हैं। प्रशासन ने अपील की है कि ऐसे घातक उत्साह को नजरअंदाज करें और नशे में धुत्त किसी भी व्यक्ति के हाथ में गाड़ी की चाबी न दें।
2030 तक मौतों को आधा करने का बड़ा लक्ष्य
झारखंड सरकार और लीड एजेंसी (परिवहन विभाग) का लक्ष्य है कि वर्ष 2030 तक सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में होने वाली मौतों को 50% तक कम किया जाए। इसके लिए पूरे जनवरी माह में ‘सड़क सुरक्षा जीवन रक्षा’ थीम के तहत विभिन्न रणनीतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
महीने भर चलने वाली प्रमुख गतिविधियाँ
सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता को जन-आंदोलन बनाने के लिए कई नवीन कार्यक्रम प्रस्तावित हैं:
जागरूकता रथ और चौपाल: रथ के जरिए गाँव-गाँव तक सुरक्षा नियमों का प्रचार होगा और ‘सड़क सुरक्षा चौपाल’ लगाकर ग्रामीणों को जागरूक किया जाएगा।
सावधानी की पाठशाला: स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में छात्र-छात्राओं को यातायात नियमों की शिक्षा दी जाएगी।
रोज़ ऑफ सेफ्टी (Rose of Safety): नियमों का पालन करने वालों का सम्मान और उल्लंघन करने वालों को गांधीगिरी के जरिए जागरूक करना।
सचेत झारखंड अभियान: सड़कों पर विशेष चेकिंग अभियान और ‘प्रभात फेरी’ के माध्यम से संदेश का प्रसार।
अधिकारियों की अपील
उपायुक्त शप्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “सुरक्षित रहने के लिए केवल नियम जानना काफी नहीं है, बल्कि सुरक्षित तकनीकों और उपकरणों (हेलमेट, सीटबेल्ट) को अपनी दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाना अनिवार्य है।”
जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने कड़ा संदेश देते हुए कहा, “हेलमेट सिर पर पहनना है या उसे घर पर शो-पीस बनाकर रखना है, यह निर्णय आपका है। लेकिन याद रखिए, दुर्घटना आपकी अनुमति से नहीं होती। सुरक्षा उपकरणों का उपयोग जुर्माने के डर से नहीं, बल्कि जीवन की सुरक्षा के लिए करें।”
