गुमला में बोर्ड परीक्षा विजय अभियान अंतर्गत मॉक टेस्ट–II का शांतिपूर्ण समापन

वरीय अधिकारियों द्वारा विशेष रूप से विभिन्न विद्यालयों का अनुश्रवण किया गया

डीईओ ने उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं के त्वरित मूल्यांकन और विशेष तैयारियों के लिए सभी स्कूल को दिया निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त ,प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशन में बोर्ड परीक्षा विजय अभियान के अंतर्गत कक्षा 10 वीं एवं 12 वीं के विद्यार्थियों हेतु आयोजित स्पेशल मॉक टेस्ट–II के तीसरे एवं अंतिम दिन डीटीओ, एसडीओ, डीडब्लूओ, डीईओ, डीएसई, विभिन्न विभिन्न प्रखंड के बीडीओ, सीओ सहित अनेक वरीय अधिकारियों द्वारा विशेष रूप से विभिन्न विद्यालयों का अनुश्रवण किया गया तथा शांतिपूर्ण मॉक टेस्ट समापन हुआ। जिले के सभी माध्यमिक एवं उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में यह मॉक टेस्ट सुव्यवस्थित एवं अनुशासित वातावरण में संपन्न कराया गया।

उपायुक्त के निर्देशों के अनुसार, मॉक टेस्ट–II में सम्मिलित सभी विद्यार्थियों की उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं का प्रभावी एवं त्वरित मूल्यांकन सुनिश्चित किया जाना है जिसके लिए विद्यालयों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि आज ही सभी उत्तरपुस्तिकाएं संबंधित शिक्षकों को उपलब्ध कराते हुए निर्धारित समय-सीमा 16 जनवरी 2026 तक मूल्यांकन कार्य पूरा हो सके।

सभी विद्यालयों को यह भी निर्देशित किया गया है कि विद्यार्थियों के प्राप्तांक अनुरूप क्रासलॉस्ट तैयारकर 19 जनवरी 2026 को मॉक टेस्ट–II का परिणाम घोषित करते हुए क्रासलिस्ट की हार्ड एवं सॉफ्ट कॉपी जिला शिक्षा कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराएं।

जिला स्तर पर प्राप्त प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अधिकांश विद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति संतोषजनक रही है, हालांकि कुछ विद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों की अनुपस्थिति दर्ज की गई है। इसे देखते हुए अनुपस्थित विद्यार्थियों के अभिभावकों से संपर्क कर अनुपस्थिति के कारणों की जानकारी लेने तथा उनकी विशेष तैयारी की व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा बताया गया कि अंतिम समय में परीक्षा तैयारियों के लिए 15 जनवरी से 31 जनवरी 2026 तक सभी विद्यालयों में मॉक टेस्ट में चिन्हित कमजोर बच्चों एवं अनुपस्थित बच्चों के लिए विशेष हस्तक्षेप अंतर्गत रिमेडियल कक्षाएं एवं लेखन अभ्यास सहित मॉडल प्रश्नों का अभ्यास, व्यक्तिगत मार्गदर्शन एवं प्रेरणात्मक गतिविधियां संचालित करने का निर्देश दिया गया है, ताकि बोर्ड परीक्षा में सभी विद्यार्थियों की सहभागिता और उत्तीर्णता सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी ने सभी प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारियों, विद्यालय प्रभारियों एवं शिक्षकों से निर्देशों का शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने का आह्वान किया है, जिससे गुमला जिला आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षाओं में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन कर सके l
