बराकर नदी किनारे खिचड़ी मेला में उमड़ी भारी भीड़, खराब सड़कों से श्रद्धालु और मेले में पहुंचे लोग परेशान

गिरिडीह जिले के डुमरी प्रखंड और बिरनी प्रखंड के बीच बराकर नदी के समीप आज दिनांक 15 जनवरी को खिचड़ी मेला आयोजित किया गया, जहां बड़ी संख्या में लोग मस्ती और उत्साह के साथ मेले का आनंद लेते नजर आए। यह मेला बीते चार वर्षों से लगातार लग रहा है और हर साल इसकी लोकप्रियता बढ़ती जा रही है।

स्थानीय लोगों के अनुसार इस वर्ष मेले में अच्छी-खासी भीड़ देखने को मिली। दूर-दराज के इलाकों से भी लोग खिचड़ी मेला देखने और प्रसाद ग्रहण करने पहुंचे। मेले का माहौल पूरी तरह से उत्सवमय रहा, जहां परिवार, बच्चे और युवा वर्ग बड़ी संख्या में मौजूद रहे।

हालांकि मेले में पहुंचे लोगों ने व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर चिंता भी जताई। पब्लिक का कहना है कि जिस तरह से मेले की भीड़ हर साल बढ़ रही है, उस हिसाब से मेले की जगह और मूलभूत सुविधाओं का भी मेले लायक होना जरूरी है। खासकर सड़क की स्थिति को लेकर लोगों में नाराजगी देखने को मिली।

लोगों का कहना है कि न तो बिरनी प्रखंड के गरागोरो तक जाने वाली सड़क की स्थिति ठीक है और न ही डुमरी प्रखंड से गरागोरो की ओर जाने वाला रास्ता सही है। खराब सड़कों के कारण लोगों को मेले तक पहुंचने में काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता है। कई लोगों ने बताया कि रास्ता इतना खराब है कि मेले में जाने से पहले उन्हें कई बार सोचना पड़ता है।

स्थानीय लोगों ने प्रशासन से मांग की है कि मेले की बढ़ती लोकप्रियता को देखते हुए सड़क और अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाओं को जल्द से जल्द दुरुस्त किया जाए, ताकि भविष्य में लोगों को आने-जाने में परेशानी न हो और यह पारंपरिक मेला और बेहतर तरीके से आयोजित हो सके।
