उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में विशेष जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए 50 से अधिक फरियादियों की समस्याओं पर सुनवाई

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय परिसर में विशेष जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जिले के दूर-दराज एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से आए 25 से अधिक नागरिकों ने उपायुक्त से सीधे मुलाकात कर अपनी व्यक्तिगत एवं सामूहिक समस्याएं रखीं। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ सुना तथा संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को नियमानुसार त्वरित जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान ग्राम चैनपुर, पोस्ट चैनपुर, जिला गुमला की निवासी मीरा देवी द्वारा अपनी रैयती भूमि खाता संख्या 180, प्लॉट संख्या 1935 से संबंधित भूमि विवाद, सीमांकन नहीं किए जाने, ऑनलाइन जमाबंदी लॉक किए जाने तथा निर्माण कार्य में अनावश्यक अवरोध उत्पन्न किए जाने की शिकायत की गई, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने अंचल अधिकारी, चैनपुर को स्थल जांच कर शीघ्र प्रतिवेदन समर्पित करने का निर्देश दिया। प्रखंड सिसई अंतर्गत पंचायत लकेया के निवासी दानिस अंसारी, पिता बैबुल अंसारी तथा मो. मोकर्रम अंसारी, पिता मो. शमसामुल हक अंसारी द्वारा स्वयंसेवक पद से हटाए जाने के मामले में स्वयं को निर्दोष बताते हुए पुनः बहाली का अनुरोध किया गया, जिस पर संबंधित विभाग को नियमावली के आलोक में जांच कर प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
इसी क्रम में प्रखंड पालकोट अंतर्गत ग्राम मरदा के लाह किसान समूह द्वारा चार एकड़ भूमि पर लाह की खेती प्रारंभ करने हेतु तार जाली घेराबंदी एवं लाह किट के लिए आर्थिक सहायता की मांग की गई, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने कृषि एवं संबंधित विभागों को योजनाओं के अंतर्गत सहायता उपलब्ध कराने की संभावनाओं पर कार्रवाई करने को कहा।
ग्राम भंडारिया, जिला गुमला की निवासी भुजाला उरांव द्वारा पारिवारिक संपत्ति विवाद, मारपीट, गाली-गलौज एवं जान से मारने की धमकी से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिस पर पुलिस प्रशासन को मामले की जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

थाना विशुनपुर अंतर्गत ग्राम अमतीपानी, पोस्ट जोभीपाट की निवासी बिरसमुनी कुमारी द्वारा अपनी वृद्ध एवं बीमार माता की देखभाल को ध्यान में रखते हुए डुमरी अंचल से विशुनपुर, घाघरा अथवा गुमला अंचल में प्रतिनियुक्ति की मांग रखी गई, जिस पर संबंधित शाखा को सहानुभूतिपूर्वक परीक्षण करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

वहीं ग्राम लाफारी, थाना गुमला के निवासी जारू साहू द्वारा पुत्रों के द्वारा जमीन पर जबरन कब्जा, मारपीट एवं भरण-पोषण नहीं किए जाने से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिस पर सामाजिक एवं पुलिस स्तर पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य फरियादियों द्वारा भी भूमि विवाद, अंचल कार्यालयों से जुड़े लंबित मामलों, पारिवारिक विवाद, सेवा संबंधी समस्याओं एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा से जुड़े विभिन्न आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए गए। उपायुक्त ने सभी मामलों में संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी एवं मानवीय दृष्टिकोण के साथ कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान कर प्रशासन के प्रति उनके विश्वास को और अधिक सुदृढ़ करना है।
