दूध एवं दुग्ध उत्पादों में मिलावट पर सख्ती, गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग का विशेष अभियान

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण (एफएसएसएआई), नई दिल्ली तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त कार्यालय, रांची (झारखंड) के संयुक्त निर्देश के अनुपालन और अभिहित अधिकारी से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन में गुमला जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा दूध एवं दूध से बने उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता जांच को लेकर विशेष निरीक्षण सह नमूना संग्रह अभियान चलाया गया।

अभियान के दौरान गुमला शहर के विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच की गई। इस क्रम में मेसर्स लकी जनरल स्टोर से दूध एवं खोवा तथा मेसर्स श्रेया महाजन, सिसई रोड, गुमला से पनीर का नमूना संग्रह कर नियमानुसार जांच हेतु प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया। विभाग द्वारा बताया गया कि दूध एवं दुग्ध उत्पादों में मिलावट की संभावना अपेक्षाकृत अधिक रहती है, जिससे आम उपभोक्ताओं के स्वास्थ्य पर गंभीर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ सकता है।
खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने बताया कि आमजनों को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य पदार्थ उपलब्ध कराना विभाग की प्राथमिकता है। इसी उद्देश्य से समय-समय पर जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में खाद्य पदार्थों का नमूना संग्रह कर उनकी जांच कराई जा रही है। जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के उपरांत यदि किसी भी प्रतिष्ठान में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो संबंधित के विरुद्ध खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

निरीक्षण के दौरान खाद्य कारोबारियों को स्वच्छता बनाए रखने, खाद्य पदार्थों को ढंककर रखने, निर्धारित तापमान पर भंडारण करने तथा केवल मानक अनुरूप एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण उत्पादों का ही विक्रय करने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही उन्हें यह भी जागरूक किया गया कि मिलावटी या अमानक खाद्य पदार्थों का विक्रय न केवल कानूनन अपराध है, बल्कि यह आमजन के स्वास्थ्य के साथ गंभीर खिलवाड़ भी है।

खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा आम नागरिकों से अपील की गई कि यदि कहीं भी दूध अथवा दूध से बने उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता को लेकर संदेह हो या मिलावट की शिकायत हो, तो इसकी सूचना फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट ऐप अथवा संबंधित कार्यालय को दें, ताकि समय रहते आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
