गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में जिला अनुश्रवण समिति की बैठक संपन्न हुई। बैठक में जिले में चल रहे धान अधिप्राप्ति कार्य की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई तथा इसे और अधिक प्रभावी एवं पारदर्शी बनाने को लेकर संबंधितों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी लैम्पस के अध्यक्ष एवं सचिव को निर्देशित किया कि धान अधिप्राप्ति कार्य में तेजी लाते हुए अधिक से अधिक किसानों को इसका लाभ सुनिश्चित कराया जाए। उन्होंने लैम्पस परिसरों में सुरक्षा एवं पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से सीसीटीवी कैमरा अधिष्ठापन करने, किसानों के ऑनलाइन निबंधन कार्य को प्राथमिकता देने तथा PCSAP पोर्टल पर सर्वे कार्य को समयबद्ध रूप से पूर्ण कराने के निर्देश दिए। उपायुक्त ने यह भी कहा कि धान अधिप्राप्ति से जुड़ी किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही या विलंब बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
बैठक में जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, जिले के सभी लैम्पस के अध्यक्ष एवं सचिव, लैम्पस में प्रतिनियुक्त जनसेवक, सभी मिलर सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे। बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त महोदया ने सभी संबंधितों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ किसानों तक सुचारू रूप से पहुंचाने का निर्देश दिया।
