गुमला : – गुमला लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा, विद्या भूषण द्वारा उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में सदर अस्पताल गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान रोगी भर्ती वार्ड, इमरजेंसी, ओपीडी, किचेन, दवा वितरण कक्ष सहित विभिन्न इकाइयों का जायजा लिया गया तथा भर्ती मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों से संवाद किया गया, जिसमें अस्पताल की सेवाओं पर संतोष व्यक्त किया गया।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में अपराह्न 4.10 बजे तक 03 सामान्य प्रसव एवं 08 सी-सेक्शन ऑपरेशन किए जाने की जानकारी प्राप्त हुई, जबकि सभी माताओं को प्रसवोपरांत निगरानी में रखा गया है। अस्पताल में सर्जिकल वार्ड में 30, जेनरल वार्ड में 150, पुरुष वार्ड में 22, महिला वार्ड में 26 तथा बच्चों के वार्ड में 62 मरीज भर्ती पाए गए। ओपीडी में 528 मरीजों का निबंधन किया गया एवं 21 आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्गत किए गए।
निरीक्षण में यह भी पाया गया कि अस्पताल में वर्तमान में 598 प्रकार की दवाएं उपलब्ध हैं, वहीं जन औषधि केंद्र में 30 से 40 प्रकार की दवाएं उपलब्ध हैं। कुल 184 मरीजों को विभिन्न प्रखंडों से सदर अस्पताल तक लाने-ले जाने हेतु एम्बुलेंस सुविधा प्रदान की गई। किचेन निरीक्षण के दौरान साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए गए तथा मरीजों को सामान्य भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।
उपस्थिति पंजी के निरीक्षण के दौरान अनुपस्थित पाए गए पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मियों से कारण पृच्छा हेतु उपाधीक्षक को निर्देशित किया गया। अस्पताल परिसर में कुल 46 सीसीटीवी कैमरे कार्यरत पाए गए। अस्पताल परिसर की स्वच्छता एवं व्यवस्था को और बेहतर बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।
