गुमला अनुमंडल में बाल विवाह व सामाजिक कुरीतियों के खिलाफ सशक्त पहल, अनुमंडल स्तरीय कार्यशाला आयोजित

बाल विवाह मुक्त झारखण्ड अभियान व सामाजिक कुरीति निवारण योजना को लेकर एकदिवसीय प्रशिक्षण-सह-कार्यशाला

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में जिला प्रशासन एवं जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आज शुक्रवार को गुमला अनुमंडल में सामाजिक कुरीति निवारण योजना एवं “बाल विवाह मुक्त झारखण्ड” अभियान के तहत अनुमंडल स्तरीय एकदिवसीय प्रशिक्षण-सह-कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया।

इस कार्यशाला में गुमला अनुमंडल के सभी प्रखंडों से आंगनबाड़ी सेविका एवं सहायिका, सहिया, पंचायत सचिव, मुखिया, महिला पर्यवेक्षक, सीडीपीओ, बीडीओ (बिशुनपुर, घाघरा, भरनो, सिसई), अंचलाधिकारी सहित बड़ी संख्या में विभागीय पदाधिकारी एवं जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला, उप पुलिस अधीक्षक, गुमला एवं अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। साथ ही निदेशालय से सहायक निदेशक, समाज कल्याण विभाग (JWDS) की भी सहभागिता रही।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत द्वीप प्रज्वलन के साथ की गई, जिसके पश्चात सभी अतिथियों एवं अधिकारियों का स्वागत किया गया।
जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, गुमला द्वारा कार्यशाला के उद्देश्य पर प्रकाश डालते हुए बताया गया कि राज्य सरकार एवं जिला प्रशासन बाल विवाह एवं डायन प्रथा जैसी सामाजिक कुरीतियों के उन्मूलन हेतु पूरी सक्रियता के साथ निरंतर कार्य कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासनिक प्रयासों के साथ-साथ सभी विभागों, जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं समुदाय की एकजुट भागीदारी से ही इन कुरीतियों पर प्रभावी रोक संभव है।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान बाल विवाह पर आधारित जागरूकता फिल्म का प्रदर्शन किया गया। इसके उपरांत अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला द्वारा सभी उपस्थित प्रतिभागियों को बाल विवाह एवं डायन प्रथा के विरुद्ध शपथ दिलाई गई, जिसमें सभी ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में सतत निगरानी, समय पर सूचना साझा करने एवं प्रशासन के साथ समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करने का संकल्प लिया।

इसके बाद मिशन शक्ति, राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं, बाल विवाह एवं सामाजिक कुरीतियों पर आधारित फिल्मों के माध्यम से प्रतिभागियों को विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।

अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला राजीव नीरज ने कहा कि बाल विवाह समाज के लिए एक गंभीर चुनौती है, जिसके विरुद्ध जिला प्रशासन पूरी प्रतिबद्धता एवं समन्वय के साथ कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों, जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं प्रतिभागियों से अपील की कि वे आपसी एकजुटता के साथ प्रशासन का सहयोग करें तथा प्राप्त जानकारी को समाज तक पहुंचाएं।

सहायक निदेशक, समाज कल्याण विभाग (JWDS) ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा बाल विवाह मुक्त झारखण्ड के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने हेतु विभिन्न योजनाएं एवं अभियान संचालित किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने सभी प्रतिभागियों से अपेक्षा की कि वे सरकार की योजनाओं को समझकर अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाने में सक्रिय सहयोग करें।

अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सुरेश प्रसाद ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा लागू कानूनों एवं अभियानों को सफल बनाने के लिए समाज की सोच में बदलाव और सभी हितधारकों की एकजुटता आवश्यक है। उन्होंने मिशन शक्ति एवं बाल विवाह रोकथाम से जुड़े प्रावधानों की जानकारी दी।

उप पुलिस अधीक्षक, गुमला बिरेंद्र टोप्पो ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि बाल विवाह एवं सामाजिक कुरीतियों के विरुद्ध जिला प्रशासन पूरी सजगता के साथ कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने उपस्थित सभी अधिकारियों एवं समुदाय प्रतिनिधियों से अपेक्षा जताई कि वे समय पर सूचना देकर एवं प्रशासन के साथ समन्वय बनाकर इन कुरीतियों के उन्मूलन में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाएं।

अपने संबोधन में बीडीओ, भरनो अरुण कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सभी प्रखंडों में योजनाबद्ध एवं सक्रिय रूप से बाल विवाह रोकथाम हेतु कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने उदाहरणों के माध्यम से बताया कि विभागीय समन्वय एवं स्थानीय स्तर पर सतर्कता से सामाजिक कुरीतियों को प्रभावी रूप से रोका जा सकता है।

कार्यक्रम के पश्चात बाल विवाह, डायन प्रथा, मिशन शक्ति एवं राज्य योजनाओं पर विस्तृत सत्र एवं खुली चर्चा आयोजित की गई, जिसमें जिले की चुनौतियों एवं आगे की कार्ययोजना पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में मुख्य अतिथियों एवं मंचासीन अधिकारियों को स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर सम्मानित किया गया तथा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ कार्यशाला का समापन किया गया।
