गोमिया प्रखंड के पलिहारी गुरुडीह पंचायत अंतर्गत पोस्ट ऑफिस मोड़ स्थित काली मंदिर परिसर में तीन दिवसीय श्री श्री माघी काली पूजा का विधिवत शुभारंभ शनिवार को श्रद्धा और भक्ति भाव के साथ हुआ। पूजा के प्रथम दिन 501 कुंवारी कन्याओं एवं महिलाओं ने सिर पर कलश धारण कर भव्य शोभा यात्रा निकाली।
कलश यात्रा मंदिर प्रांगण से निकलकर पोस्ट ऑफिस मोड़, थाना चौक, गोमिया बस्ती होते हुए भगत अहरा तालाब पहुंची, जहां विद्वान आचार्यों द्वारा वैदिक मंत्रोच्चारण के साथ कलश में पवित्र जल भरवाया गया। इसके पश्चात यात्रा कोठीटांड़ व पुराना सिनेमा हॉल मार्ग से होते हुए पुनः मंदिर परिसर लौटी, जहां विधि-विधान से कलश स्थापना की गई।
आयोजकों के अनुसार माघी काली पूजा का आयोजन 17 जनवरी से 19 जनवरी तक किया जाएगा। इस दौरान विशेष पूजा-अर्चना, भजन-कीर्तन, धार्मिक प्रवचन तथा भंडारा महाप्रसाद वितरण जैसे कार्यक्रम होंगे। रात्रि में आचार्य संजय आचार्य एवं चंदन आचार्य द्वारा संगीतमय भक्ति कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा।
कलश यात्रा एवं पूजा कार्यक्रम में गोमिया के पूर्व विधायक डॉ. लंबोदर महतो, पूजा समिति अध्यक्ष जगदीश स्वर्णकार, संरक्षक डॉ. सुरेंद्र राज, सचिव प्रदीप रवानी सहित बड़ी संख्या में गणमान्य लोग व श्रद्धालु उपस्थित रहे। पूरे क्षेत्र में भक्तिमय वातावरण बना रहा।
