सिसई क्षेत्र में अवैध बालू उत्खनन के विरुद्ध सघन छापेमारी

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर सिसई थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत जलका, जिन्दा, डुको सिकवार एवं पण्डरानी क्षेत्रों में अवैध बालू उत्खनन के विरुद्ध सघन छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। यह अभियान जिला खनन पदाधिकारी एवं खान निरीक्षक के नेतृत्व में संचालित किया गया। जाँच के दौरान कोयल नदी से अवैध रूप से बालू उत्खनन कर भण्डारण एवं व्यापार किए जाने की पुष्टि हुई। छापामारी दल को देखते ही अवैध बालू ढोने में प्रयुक्त ट्रैक्टर चालक वाहन लेकर फरार हो गए।
मौजा जलका में लगभग 46,000 घनफीट बालू अवैध रूप से भण्डारित पाई गई। स्थानीय पूछताछ में यह जानकारी प्राप्त हुई कि उमेश मिश्रा, विजय मिश्रा, मनोज मिश्रा, सुनील उरांव, अभिषेक उरांव एवं झटन महली द्वारा अवैध बालू उत्खनन एवं भण्डारण कराया जा रहा था। इसी क्रम में मौजा पण्डरानी में लगभग 40,000 घनफीट बालू जप्त की गई, जहाँ जाँच में विक्रान्त सिंह उर्फ बबलू, पिता समरू सिंह द्वारा अवैध बालू उत्खनन कर भण्डारण एवं व्यापार किए जाने की पुष्टि हुई।
जाँच में यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि दोनों स्थलों पर किसी प्रकार की वैध भण्डारण अनुज्ञप्ति अथवा बंदोबस्ती उपलब्ध नहीं थी। झारखण्ड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली, 2004 के तहत जप्त बालू का निष्पादन उपायुक्त स्तर से नीलामी के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा अवैध खनन के विरुद्ध सघन छापेमारी अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा तथा दोषियों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
