गोमिया- तेनुघाट व्यवहार न्यायालय के एसीजेएम मनोज कुमार प्रजापति ने नावाडीह थाना अंतर्गत सूरही निवासी रऊफ अंसारी, मोहीद्दीन अंसारी उर्फ मोहीउद्दीन अंसारी और साधु अंसारी को सरकारी काम में बाधा पहुंचाने में दोषी पाने के बाद एक वर्ष की सजा सुनाई। बताते चले की नावाडीह अंचल अधिकारी अंगार नाथ मिश्रा ने नावाडीह थाना प्रभारी के समक्ष रऊफ अंसारी, मोहीद्दीन अंसारी उर्फ मोहिउद्दीन अंसारी, साधु अंसारी तथा पचास अन्य व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कराया। जिसमे बताया कि अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी बेरमो के साथ सशत्र पुलिस बल और चौकीदार जब सुरही मौजा के खाता नंबर 72 के प्लॉट नंबर 504 रकवा 20 डिसमल पर पहुंचे तो उसी समय उपरोक्त अभियुक्तगण और 50 अज्ञात व्यक्ति वहां पहुंच गए और वहां पहुंचकर विरोध करने लगे और ईंट पत्थर से पथराव करने लगे। तब अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि यह सरकारी जमीन है और आप सरकारी कार्य में बाधा नहीं पहुंचा सकते। लेकिन अभियुक्त गण उसी समय गाली गलौज करने लगे। यह भी आरोप लगाया कि अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी के आदेश को नहीं माना और विरोध कर गाली गलौज किया गया । उक्त बयान के आधार पर नावाडीह थाना में मामला दर्ज किया गया। आरोप पत्र समर्पित होने के बाद मामला स्थानांतरित होकर एसीजेएम मनोज कुमार प्रजापति के न्यायालय में आया। न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत गवाह एवं दोनों पक्ष के अधिवक्ताओं का बहस सुनने के बाद श्री मनोज कुमार प्रजापति ने रऊफ अंसारी, मोहीद्दीन अंसारी उर्फ मोहिउद्दीन अंसारी एवं साधु अंसारी को एक वर्ष की सजा एवं 5000रू जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई। सजा सुनाए जाने के बाद अभियुक्त के अधिवक्ता द्वारा आवेदन दिया गया अभियुक्त उक्त सजा के खिलाफ उच्च न्यायालय में अपील करेगी। उक्त आवेदन के आधार पर अभियुक्तगणों को जमानत पर छोड़ा गया। अभियोजन पक्ष की ओर से सहायक लोक अभियोजक नवीन कुमार मिश्रा ने बहस किया।
