होली पर्व को देखते हुए पालकोट में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की सघन छापेमारी, कई प्रतिष्ठानों से नमूने जांच हेतु भेजे गए

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में आगामी होली पर्व के मद्देनज़र दूध एवं दुग्ध उत्पाद, मसाले, खाद्य तेल तथा बेसन जैसे खाद्य पदार्थों में मिलावट की आशंका बढ़ जाती है। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए जिले के पालकोट प्रखंड क्षेत्र में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों एवं जनस्वास्थ्य से जुड़े नियमों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा सघन छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। यह अभियान खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में संचालित किया गया।

अभियान के दौरान तंबाकू एवं तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री पाए जाने पर संबंधित दुकानदारों से जुर्माना भी वसूला गया।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में पालकोट बाजार क्षेत्र के विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठानों — बंशीधर होटल, पालकोट मिष्ठान भंडार एवं डेयरी, सोनाली स्वीट्स एंड चाइनीज फूड, गुप्ता भोजनालय, कंसारी बुक डिपो, हिंदुस्तान डेयरी फ्रेश फिशरीज एंड रिसर्च सेंटर, रामविलास स्टोर आदि — की गहन जांच की गई। जांच के दौरान खाद्य पदार्थों के भंडारण, स्वच्छता, लेबलिंग, एक्सपायरी तिथि, पैकेजिंग मानक एवं गुणवत्ता की बारीकी से पड़ताल की गई।

निरीक्षण के दौरान बंशीधर होटल से कलाकंद एवं पालकोट मिष्ठान भंडार से रसगुल्ला तथा पनीर के नमूने, वहीं हिंदुस्तान डेयरी फ्रेश फिशरीज एंड रिसर्च सेंटर से पनीर का नमूना विधिवत सील करते हुए प्रयोगशाला जांच हेतु भेजा गया। खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के उपरांत मानकों में कमी पाए जाने पर संबंधित प्रतिष्ठानों के विरुद्ध खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

इस दौरान दुकानदारों को खाद्य पदार्थों को स्वच्छ एवं सुरक्षित वातावरण में रखने, परिसर की नियमित सफाई बनाए रखने, गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने तथा खाद्य लाइसेंस एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को अद्यतन रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।

प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार के निरीक्षण एवं छापेमारी अभियान नियमित रूप से जारी रहेंगे, ताकि आमजन को शुद्ध एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध हो सके। आम उपभोक्ताओं से अपील की गई है कि यदि उन्हें किसी खाद्य व्यवसायी द्वारा मिलावटी अथवा मानकविहीन खाद्य सामग्री के क्रय-विक्रय की जानकारी मिले, तो वे Food Safety Connect App के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं।

खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने दोहराया कि जनस्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है और इस दिशा में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
