हम भारत के लोग यह मान कर चलेंगे कि अस्सी करोड़ लोगों को मुफ्त का अनाज खाने, जाति उपजाति के नाम पर आरक्षण प्राप्त करने का लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार प्राप्त है, और यह भी कि चुनाव पूर्व क्षेत्रीय सत्ताधारी दलों को राज्य का खजाना खाली करने का जनसेवी अधिकार प्राप्त है।

हम भारत के लोग हर परिस्थिति में मन वचन प्राण से यह मान कर चलेंगे कि 2014 से देश में जो कुछ हो रहा है वह पहले कभी नहीं हुआ था, और यह भी कि देश में जो कुछ भी हो रहा है उन सबके लिए तीसरी बार का वरदान दिलाने का एक मात्र श्रेय जिन्हें प्राप्त है वे महान विभूतिद्वय जिंदाबाद के सही अधिकारी हैं। यदि उनकी समर्थन कृपा नहीं हुई होती तो यह अवसर हमें प्राप्त नहीं हुआ होता अतः उनकी सेवा और अटूट भक्ति के लिए उनके प्रति सदैव आभारी रहेंगे।

हम भारत के लोग इस बात से भी निश्चिंत रहेंगे कि सदन की मर्यादा और गरिमा की रक्षा के लिए सदन में जो परंपरा चल रही है, जिस तरह से निर्देश दिया जा रहा है और बार-बार सदन एडजॉर्न कर दिया जाता है उसके लिए यदि कोई दोषी है तो वह हम स्वयं हैं, माननीयों का इसमें कोई दोष नहीं है।

हम भारत के लोग गर्व करें, करते भी रहे हैं और आगे भी करते रहेंगे कि हम दूरदर्शी और अग्रसोची लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था की प्रजा हैं जिन्हें देश के वार्षिक बजट में दो दशक आगे की “शाइनिंग” झलक प्राप्त करने का सौभाग्य मिलने लगा है।
