गोमिया प्रखंड कार्यालय में मुखिया, पंचायत सचिव एवं पंचायत सहायकों का चार दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण आयोजित

गोमिया: झारखंड सरकार के पंचायती राज विभाग के तत्वावधान में संशोधित राष्ट्रीय ग्राम स्वराज अभियान के तहत गोमिया प्रखंड कार्यालय में मुखिया, पंचायत सचिव एवं पंचायत सहायकों के लिए चार दिवसीय प्रखंड स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। यह प्रशिक्षण इंटेको टेक्निकल सर्विसेज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा आयोजित किया जा रहा है।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिए कुल तीन बैच बनाए गए हैं। इनमें से दो बैचों का प्रशिक्षण गुरुवार को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हो गया, जबकि तीसरे बैच का प्रशिक्षण आगामी सोमवार से प्रारंभ होगा।
प्रशिक्षक सुनीता देवी, गायत्री देवी, प्रकाश चंद्र झा एवं संदीप कुमार महतो द्वारा प्रतिभागियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान बताया गया कि सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजनाओं को पारदर्शिता के साथ योग्य लाभुकों तक पहुंचाना प्राथमिक उद्देश्य है। इस कार्य में पंचायत सहायकों की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।
प्रशिक्षकों ने कहा कि पंचायत सहायक सरकार की सभी योजनाओं को समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक सुचारू रूप से पहुंचाने का कार्य करेंगे, ताकि कोई भी लाभुक जानकारी के अभाव में योजनाओं से वंचित न रहे।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुखिया, पंचायत सचिव एवं पंचायत सहायकों की कार्यप्रणाली पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई तथा पंचायती राज व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ एवं सशक्त बनाने हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
गोमिया प्रखंड कार्यालय में आयोजित इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का नेतृत्व इंटेको टेक्निकल सर्विसेज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के बबलू मिश्रा द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
