तेनुघाट जेल में जेल अदालत सह कानूनी जागरूकता शिविर आयोजित

गोमिया___रविवार को तेनुघाट जेल परिसर में जेल अदालत सह कानूनी जागरूकता शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। शिविर में बंदियों को बीएनएसएस (भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता) सहित कानूनी प्रक्रियाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत प्रथम श्रेणी न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी दिग्विजय नाथ शुक्ला द्वारा बंदियों को महाशिवरात्रि की शुभकामनाएं देकर की गई।
शिविर की अगुवाई करते हुए दंडाधिकारी दिग्विजय नाथ शुक्ला ने बंदियों को बताया कि किसी मामले का निष्पादन किस प्रकार किया जाता है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि मुकदमा थाना या न्यायालय में किस तरह दर्ज होता है, उसके बाद जांच, सुनवाई और निर्णय तक की पूरी प्रक्रिया क्या होती है। उन्होंने बंदियों से अपील की कि वे कानूनी जानकारी को समझें और अपने अधिकारों के प्रति सजग रहें।
इस अवसर पर अनुमंडलीय अस्पताल, तेनुघाट के चिकित्सक डॉ. शंभू कुमार ने बंदियों को उनके अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों की जानकारी दी तथा स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने पर बल दिया। वहीं पैनल अधिवक्ता प्रशांत पाल ने बताया कि जब भी पैनल अधिवक्ता या पीएलवी (पैरालीगल वॉलंटियर) जेल में आते हैं, तो बंदी उनसे अपने न्यायालय में चल रहे मामलों की स्थिति के बारे में जानकारी ले सकते हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि सरकार के निर्देशानुसार जेल प्रशासन बंदियों को सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
मंच संचालन एवं स्वागत भाषण करते हुए अधिवक्ता सुभाष कटरियार ने कहा कि कई बार लोग आवेश या आपसी विवाद में आकर अपराध कर बैठते हैं। ऐसे में संयम बनाए रखना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने बंदियों से आग्रह किया कि रिहाई के बाद स्वयं भी अपराध से दूर रहें और समाज में दूसरों को भी इसके लिए प्रेरित करें।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में धन्यवाद ज्ञापन करते हुए जेलर नीरज कुमार ने बताया कि प्रतिमाह जेल अदालत सह कानूनी जागरूकता शिविर के साथ-साथ मेडिकल कैंप भी आयोजित किया जाता है, ताकि सभी बंदियों को नियमित स्वास्थ्य जांच और उपचार की सुविधा मिल सके।
इस अवसर पर विजय कुमार, मदन प्रजापति सहित जेल के अन्य कर्मी भी उपस्थित थे।
