गोमिया प्रखंड में बिजली की आंख-मिचौली से जनजीवन बेहाल, परीक्षा काल में विद्यार्थी सबसे अधिक परेशान

गोमिया प्रखंड में बीते कई दिनों से लगातार हो रही बिजली कटौती ने आम जनजीवन को बुरी तरह प्रभावित कर दिया है। दिन में कई-कई बार और रात में घंटों तक बिजली गुल रहने से लोगों में भारी आक्रोश है। खासकर इस समय जब विद्यार्थियों की परीक्षाएं चल रही हैं, बिजली की आंख-मिचौली उनके भविष्य पर सीधा असर डाल रही है।
“मोमबत्ती और मोबाइल टॉर्च के सहारे पढ़ाई”
प्रखंड के कई गांवों के विद्यार्थियों ने बताया कि परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए रात का समय सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होता है, लेकिन बिजली नहीं रहने के कारण उन्हें मोमबत्ती, दीया या मोबाइल की टॉर्च के सहारे पढ़ाई करनी पड़ रही है। इससे आंखों पर बुरा असर पड़ रहा है और मनोबल भी टूट रहा है।
एक छात्र ने कहा, “दिन में स्कूल और कोचिंग के बाद रात ही पढ़ने का समय मिलता है, लेकिन बिजली चली जाए तो पूरा शेड्यूल बिगड़ जाता है।”
रोजगार और छोटे व्यवसाय भी प्रभावित
सिर्फ विद्यार्थी ही नहीं, बल्कि दिहाड़ी मजदूर, छोटे दुकानदार और स्वरोजगार से जुड़े लोग भी इस समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं। सिलाई, वेल्डिंग, मोबाइल रिपेयरिंग, आटा चक्की जैसे छोटे-छोटे काम बिजली पर निर्भर हैं। बिजली नहीं रहने से काम ठप हो जाता है और रोज की कमाई पर सीधा असर पड़ता है।
एक स्थानीय दुकानदार ने बताया, “बिजली नहीं रहती तो ग्राहक भी नहीं आते, फ्रिज बंद रहता है, नुकसान अलग।”
पेयजल और घरेलू कामकाज में दिक्कत
ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अधिकांश लोग मोटर पंप से पानी भरते हैं। बिजली कटते ही पानी की समस्या भी खड़ी हो जाती है। महिलाओं को घरेलू कामकाज में भारी परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है।
प्रशासन और बिजली विभाग से मांग
स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि बार-बार शिकायत के बावजूद समस्या का स्थायी समाधान नहीं हो पा रहा है। लोगों ने मांग की है कि परीक्षा अवधि को देखते हुए नियमित और निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि विद्यार्थियों का भविष्य अंधेरे में न जाए।
अब देखना यह है कि प्रशासन और बिजली विभाग कब तक इस गंभीर समस्या पर ध्यान देता है, या गोमिया के लोग यूं ही अंधेरे में जीने को मजबूर रहेंगे।
