शराब पीने, के क्रम में ” भगत बड़ा होने की ” बात को लेकर दो व्यक्तियों के बीच उत्पन्न मामूली विवाद में हुई लाठी डंडे से मार कर हत्या

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित कामडरा थाना क्षेत्र के रेडवा चुमाटोली कामडरा में एक 60 वर्षीय व्यक्ति की डंडे से पीट-पीटकर हत्या कर दी गई। घटना के बाद आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गया। मृतक की पहचान बैला बुधवा केरकेटा के रूप में हुई।

सूचना मिलने ही कामडरा थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए, अपने दल बल के साथ घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर एसआई मुनेश तिवारी ने उपस्थित लोगों से गहराई से पूछताछ करते हुए और उक्त शव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर मंगलवार को पोस्टमॉर्टम हेतु सदर अस्पताल गुमला स्थित पोस्टमार्टम हाउस भिजवाए और पोस्टमार्टम के बाद उक्त शव को उसके परिजनों को सौपते हुए , कामडारा थाना पुलिस ने मामले की छानबीन में जुट गई है,
मृतक के परिजन भूखनाथ केरकेट्टा ने बताया कि सोमवार को गांव में एक व्यक्ति का गमी श्रदांजलि कार्यक्रम चल रहा था, जिसमें लगभग 1,000 लोग मौजूद थे, और इसी कार्यक्रम के दौरान खाना-पीना भी हुआ।
इसी क्रम में गांव के ही हास्या उर्फ शनिचरवा केरकेटा नामक युवक ने मृतक के हाथ-पैर बांधकर उसे अपने घर के पास ले गया और लकड़ी से मारपीट करने लगा, यह देख गांव के बच्चों भयभीत होकर उक्त घटनास्थल से भागकर अपनी जान बचाई।
ग्राम प्रधान टेटे केरकेटा ने बताया कि गांव में पत्थर गड़ी और गमी कार्यक्रम था। इस दौरान 60 वर्षीय बैला बुधवा केरकेट्टा और आरोपी एकसाथ दोनो व्यक्ति शराब पी रहे थे, और ‘भगत बड़ा होने’ की बात को लेकर दोनों के बीच विवाद हो गया। विवाद बढ़ने पर आरोपी ने बैला बुधवा केरकेट्टा को रस्सी से बांधकर अपने घर के समक्ष ले जाकर और लाठी डंडे से मारपीट कर उसकी हत्या कर दी। हत्या के बाद आरोपी फरार हो गया।

मृतक खेती-बाड़ी और मजदूरी का काम करता था। उसके तीन बेटे और दो बेटियां हैं। वह अपने दो भाइयों में सबसे बड़ा था।
