गुमला सड़क सुरक्षा के लिए प्रशासन की अनोखी पहल, अब बच्चे सिखाएंगे बड़ों को ट्रैफिक के नियम

गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए एक अनूठी और भावनात्मक पहल शुरू की है।
भविष्य की पीढ़ी को जागरूक कर अभिभावकों के व्यवहार में बदलाव लाने के उद्देश्य से जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के निर्देशानुसार में एक विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में आज राजकीयकृत मध्य विद्यालय, टोटो में जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।

हादसों के खौफनाक वीडियो देख सहम गए बच्चे

अभियान के दौरान मोटरयान निरीक्षक (MVI) ने कक्षा 4 से 7 तक के बच्चों को सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की वास्तविक वीडियो फुटेज दिखाई। सीसीटीवी कैमरों में कैद उन भयावह दृश्यों को देखकर बच्चे सिहर उठे। इस दौरान उन्हें समझाया गया कि कैसे महज एक सेकंड की लापरवाही खुशहाल परिवारों को तबाह कर देती है। तकनीकी बारीकियों को साझा करते हुए बताया गया कि सड़क हादसों में होने वाली अधिकांश मौतों का मुख्य कारण सिर की चोट है, जिससे एक मानक हेलमेट आसानी से बचा सकता है।
“गार्जियन को बनना होगा रोल मॉडल”
कार्यक्रम में बच्चों को संबोधित करते हुए MVI ने अभिभावकों की जिम्मेदारी पर कड़ा संदेश दिया। उन्होंने कहा:
> “जब घर के बड़े खुद हेलमेट नहीं पहनते, तो वे बच्चों से नियमों के पालन की उम्मीद कैसे कर सकते हैं? माता-पिता ही बच्चों के पहले शिक्षक होते हैं। अगर वे खुद हेलमेट पहनकर गाड़ी चलाएंगे, तो आने वाली पीढ़ी इसे संस्कार के रूप में अपनाएगी।”

प्रशासन की इस इमोशनल अपील का बच्चों पर गहरा असर दिखा। कार्यक्रम के अंत में सभी छात्र-छात्राओं ने सामूहिक शपथ ली कि:
*वे अपने माता-पिता को तब तक गाड़ी की चाबी नहीं देंगे या घर से बाहर नहीं जाने देंगे, जब तक वे हेलमेट या सीट बेल्ट न लगा लें।*
*वाहन चलाते समय यदि परिजन तेज रफ्तार में होंगे, तो बच्चे उन्हें तुरंत टोकेंगे।*

*वे अपने आसपास के लोगों को ‘धीमी गति’ और ‘सुरक्षित सफर’ के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।*
*पूरे जिले में गूंज रही है ‘सुरक्षा की आवाज’*
*डीटीओ ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने बताया कि प्रशासन केवल स्कूलों तक सीमित नहीं है।* गुमला के सभी प्रमुख चौक-चौराहों पर पब्लिक एड्रेस सिस्टम (लाउडस्पीकर) सक्रिय कर दिए गए हैं। इन लाउडस्पीकरों के माध्यम से लगातार लोगों को यातायात नियमों, हेलमेट की अनिवार्यता और तेज रफ्तार के खतरों के प्रति सचेत किया जा रहा है।
*प्रशासन का सीधा संदेश: आपकी जान अनमोल है। इसे सड़क पर लापरवाही की भेंट न चढ़ाएं। सुरक्षित चलें, सुरक्षित रहें।*
