27 फरवरी को होगी नगर परिषद गुमला की मतगणना, शाम तक परिणाम घोषित

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित कार्तिक उरांव महाविद्यालय गुमला परिसर में 22 टेबल पर दो चरणों में मतों की गिनती, तीन-स्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के साथ 300 पुलिस बल तैनात रहेंगे, नगर परिषद गुमला के अध्यक्ष एवं वार्ड पार्षद पद हेतु संपन्न निर्वाचन की मतगणना दिनांक 27 फरवरी को कार्तिक उरांव महाविद्यालय परिसर स्थित मतगणना केंद्र में की जाएगी। मतगणना कार्य पूर्ण कर परिणाम 27 फरवरी की शाम तक घोषित कर दिए जाएंगे।

मतगणना केंद्र में कुल 22 टेबल लगाए गए हैं। प्रत्येक टेबल पर 3-3 मतगणना कर्मी प्रतिनियुक्त रहेंगे। मतगणना दो चरणों (राउंड) में संपन्न होगी। प्रथम राउंड में बूथ संख्या 1 से 11 तक के मतों की गिनती की जाएगी, जबकि द्वितीय राउंड में बूथ संख्या 12 से 22 तक के मतों की गणना होगी। इसके उपरांत अध्यक्ष पद का परिणाम घोषित किया जाएगा।
अध्यक्ष पद हेतु कुल 9 अभ्यर्थियों ने चुनाव लड़ा है, जबकि वार्ड पार्षद पद हेतु कुल 112 अभ्यर्थी मैदान में हैं।

विशेष सुरक्षा व्यवस्था

मतगणना केंद्र पर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा व्यापक सुरक्षा प्रबंध किए गए हैं। केंद्र परिसर में मोबाइल फोन एवं तंबाकू पदार्थ ले जाने तथा उनके उपयोग पर पूर्णतः प्रतिबंध रहेगा। सभी पोलिंग एजेंटों को पहचान पत्र निर्गत किए गए हैं, जिनके आधार पर वे निर्धारित नियमों का पालन करते हुए मतगणना केंद्र में प्रवेश कर सकेंगे।
मतगणना केंद्र की सुरक्षा तीन स्तरीय (3-लेयर) व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत की गई है। लगभग 300 पुलिस बल की तैनाती की जाएगी, जो विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने हेतु मुस्तैद रहेंगे।

पार्किंग व्यवस्था

गुमला नगर परिषद क्षेत्र की ओर से आने वाले सभी वाहनों के लिए पार्किंग स्थल के०ओ० कॉलेज, गुमला से करमडीपा जाने वाले मार्ग स्थित चंदा बगीचा मैदान में निर्धारित किया गया है।

बैरिकेडिंग एवं यातायात नियंत्रण

कार्तिक उरांव महाविद्यालय के मुख्य द्वार से 50 मीटर की दूरी पर गुमला जाने वाले मार्ग पर बैरिकेडिंग।
मुख्य द्वार से 50 मीटर की दूरी पर पालकोट जाने वाले मार्ग पर बैरिकेडिंग।
मुख्य द्वार के दाहिने एवं बाएं ओर बने बैरिकेडिंग क्षेत्र के बीच पैदल गश्ती की व्यवस्था।
कार्तिक उरांव महाविद्यालय से करमडीपा जाने वाले मार्ग के समीप विशेष निगरानी।
ड्रॉप गेट व्यवस्था (भारी वाहनों हेतु रोक)
घाघरा की ओर से आने वाले भारी वाहनों को पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज के पास रोका जाएगा।
पुगु बाईपास, सिलम बाईपास एवं डुमरडीह बाईपास रोड के पास मतगणना केंद्र की ओर आने वाले भारी वाहनों का प्रवेश प्रतिबंधित रहेगा।
परिसदन, गुमला स्थित मंडल कारा, गुमला मोड़ के पास भी नियंत्रण व्यवस्था लागू रहेगी।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सभी संबंधित व्यक्तियों एवं आमजन से अपील है कि वे विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने में सहयोग करें तथा निर्धारित दिशा-निर्देशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि मतगणना कार्य शांतिपूर्ण, निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से संपन्न हो सके।
