गुमला पुलिस को मिली फिर एक बड़ी उपलब्धि, 32 पैकेट में 48 किलोग्राम गंज सहित दो व्यक्ति ( पिता पुत्र ) गिरफ्तार

गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित अपने कार्यालय कक्ष में पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां ने एक प्रेस कांफ्रेंस आयोजित कर बताया की द्वारा गुमला थाना कांड सं0-85/2026 दिनांक-26.02.2026 धारा-20 (b) (ii) (c) N.D.P.S Act के संबंध में

दिनांक-26.02.2026 को देर रात एक गुप्त सूचना मिली कि बड़ाईक मुहल्ला में राहुल कुमार सिंह एवं राजकिशोर सिंह उर्फ गुड्डू सिंह दोनों बाप बेटा द्वारा मिलकर अपने घर में गांजा रखकर बिकी किया जाता है। इस सूचना पर मैंने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए, अनुमण्डल पुलिस पदाधिकारी गुमला सुरेश प्रसाद यादव को उक्त गुप्त सूचना की सत्यापन एवं आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु उनके द्वारा एक छापामरी दल का गठन किया गया जिसमें अनुमण्डल पुलिस पदाधिकारी गुमला के सहित पु०नि०-सह थाना प्रभारी गुमला, महेंद्र कुमार करमाली, स०अ०नि० विनय कुमार राम, स०अ०नि० सुनील कुमार एवं सशस्त्र बल शामिल थे। छापामरी दल सुचना का सत्यापन एवं आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने हेतु थाना से प्रस्थान कर समय 02.15 बजे सुबह में राजकिशोर सिंह उर्फ गुड्डु सिंह पे०-स्व० बहुरन सिंह ग्राम बड़ाईक मुहल्ला थाना जिला-गुमला के घर पहुंचे तो घर पर दो व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे , उक्त दोनों व्यक्तियों से नाम पता पुछने पर अपना नाम कमशः 1. राहुल कुमार सिंह पे० राजकिशोर सिंह उर्फ गुड्डु सिंह 2. राजकिशोर सिंह उर्फ गुड्डु सिंह पे०-स्व० बहुरन सिंह दोनों बड़ाईक मुहल्ला थाना व जिला-गुमला बताया। गांजा के संबंध में पुछताछ करने पर दोनों अपने घर में गांजा रखने की बात बताये, तत्पश्चात विधिवत घर का तलाशी लेने के कम में घर के पीछे एलवेस्टस से बना दो रूम वाला कमरा के एक कमरा से विमल पान मशाला लिखा हुआ चार (04) थैला में टेप से लपेटा हुआ कुल-32 पैकेट गांजा मिला, जिसका वनज करने पर कुल-48 किलोग्राम गांजा पाया गया, तथा तलाशी के कम में गोदरेज में रखा कुल-39,280/ रूपया पाया गया। उसके बाद राहुल सिंह एवं राजकिशोर सिंह उर्फ गुड्डु सिंह से गांजा के संबंध में पुछताछ करने पर उन्होंने कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिये और न हीं कोई कागजात प्रसतुत किये। तत्पश्चात दोनों पकड़ाये व्यक्ति को विधिवत गिरफ्तारी ज्ञाप बनाकर गिरफ्तार किया गया तथा बरामद सभी प्रदर्श को विधिवत जप्ती सूचि बनाकर जप्त करने के बाद दोनों गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों एवं जप्त प्रर्दश के साथ गुमला थाना लाया गया। इस संदर्भ में आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

1. राहुल कुमार सिंह पे०-राजकिशोर सिंह उर्फ गुड्डु सिंह ग्राम-बड़ाईक मुहल्ला थाना व जिला-गुमला

2. राजकिशोर सिंह उर्फ गुड्डु सिंह पे०-स्व० बहुरन सिंह ग्राम-बड़ाईक मुहल्ला थाना व जिला-गुमला

छापामारी दल के सदस्य इस प्रकार हैं,

सुरेश प्रसाद यादव, अनुमण्डल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, गुमला।

महेन्द्र कुमार करमाली, पु०नि०-सह-थाना प्रभारी, गुमला।

1. गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त राहुल कुमार सिंह के विरुद्ध 1. गुमला थाना कांड सं0-449/20 दिनांक-01.12. 2020 धारा-379/411 भा०द०वि० 2. गुमला थाना कांड सं0-40/22 दिनांक-11.02.2022 धारा-379/411 भा०द०वि० 3. सिमडेगा (बॉसजोर ओ०पी०) थाना कांड सं0-42/25 दिनांक-29.05. 2025 धारा-20 (b) (ii) (b) एन०डी०पी०एस० एक्ट कुल तीन कांड पूर्व से दर्ज है।

2. गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त राजकिशोर सिंह उर्फ गुड्डु सिंह के विरूद्ध 1. गुमला थाना कांड सं0-123/23 दिनांक-23.04.2023 धारा-20(b)(ii)(c) /22(c)/29 N.D.P.S Act कुल एक कांड पूर्व से दर्ज है।
