कोयला चोरों ने महिला होमगार्ड की पिटाई की, गुस्साए लोकल सेल मजदूरों व डीओ धारकों का जोरदार प्रदर्शन

गोमिया___ जारंगडीह खुली खदान में कोयला चोरी रोकने के दौरान महिला होमगार्ड जवान के साथ मारपीट का गंभीर मामला सामने आया है। यह घटना बोकारो थर्मल थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत जारंगडीह खुली खदान की बताई जा रही है, जहां प्रथम पाली में ड्यूटी कर रही महिला होमगार्ड ने कोयला चोरी से मना किया तो चोरों ने उनके साथ मारपीट कर दी।
महिला होमगार्ड ने बताया कि कोयला चोरों ने न सिर्फ हाथापाई की बल्कि जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी। बीच-बचाव के लिए पहुंचे लोकल सेल के मजदूरों के साथ भी चोरों ने मारपीट की। घटना से आक्रोशित लोकल सेल मजदूरों एवं डीओ धारकों ने जारंगडीह खुली खदान के मुख्य द्वार पर जमकर नारेबाजी करते हुए विरोध प्रदर्शन किया और महिला होमगार्ड के साथ हुई मारपीट की कड़ी निंदा की।
मामले की जानकारी मिलते ही जारंगडीह परियोजना पदाधिकारी प्रवीर सेन गुप्ता मुख्य द्वार पर पहुंचे और प्रदर्शन कर रहे मजदूरों से घटना की विस्तृत जानकारी ली। मजदूरों ने आरोप लगाया कि कोयला चोरों का मनोबल काफी बढ़ गया है और दिनदहाड़े बेखौफ होकर मोटरसाइकिल से खदान में घुसकर धड़ल्ले से कोयला चोरी की जा रही है। उन्होंने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि सीसीएल की सुरक्षा टीम और पुलिस प्रशासन चोरी रोकने में विफल साबित हो रही है।
वहीं, सीसीएल जारंगडीह के सिक्योरिटी इंस्पेक्टर सुरेश राम ने बताया कि कोयला स्टॉक की निगरानी कर रही दो महिला होमगार्ड—जेमा सोया और शीला कुमारी—की अज्ञात कोयला चोरों से झड़प हुई, जिसमें दोनों को हल्की चोटें आई हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अज्ञात आरोपियों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने की तैयारी की जा रही है।
लगातार हो रही चोरी की घटनाओं से क्षेत्र में असुरक्षा की भावना बढ़ती जा रही है। स्थानीय लोगों और मजदूर संगठनों ने पुलिस प्रशासन से रात्रि गश्ती बढ़ाने, खदान प्रवेश बिंदुओं पर सख्त निगरानी और दोषियों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की मांग की ।
