CBRN मॉक ड्रिल को लेकर समाहरणालय में बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल (NDRF) द्वारा संभावित आपदाओं से प्रभावी ढंग से निपटने की तैयारियों को सुदृढ़ करने के उद्देश्य से CBRN (केमिकल, बायोलॉजिकल, रेडियोलॉजिकल एवं न्यूक्लियर) आधारित मॉक ड्रिल के आयोजन को लेकर आज समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में जिला प्रशासन की ओर से बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में NDRF की 9 वीं बटालियन के Deputy Commandant विनय कुमार एवं Inspector दिनेश अवस्थी सहित 5 सदस्यीय टीम द्वारा प्रशिक्षण एवं मॉक अभ्यास से संबंधित विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। टीम द्वारा NDRF के स्थापना, उद्देश्य तथा आपदा की स्थिति में त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया (Response) की कार्यप्रणाली के बारे में उपस्थित अधिकारियों को अवगत कराया गया।

बैठक के दौरान बताया गया कि 07 मार्च 2026 को पूर्वाह्न 10 बजे समाहरणालय परिसर में CBRN आधारित मॉक ड्रिल का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इस दौरान NDRF की लगभग 25 सदस्यीय टीम द्वारा विभिन्न आपदा परिस्थितियों में बचाव एवं राहत कार्यों की प्रक्रिया का प्रदर्शन (डेमोन्स्ट्रेशन) किया जाएगा, जिससे प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों एवं संबंधित विभागों को आपदा प्रबंधन की कार्यप्रणाली की जानकारी मिल सके।

टीम द्वारा यह भी बताया गया कि मॉक ड्रिल के माध्यम से यह प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा कि रासायनिक, जैविक, रेडियोलॉजिकल अथवा न्यूक्लियर आपदा की स्थिति में किस प्रकार त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए बचाव कार्य संचालित किए जाते हैं।

बैठक में यह भी जानकारी दी गई कि यदि किसी विभाग को आपदा प्रबंधन अथवा आगजनी जैसी आपात स्थितियों से निपटने हेतु प्रशिक्षण की आवश्यकता हो तो संबंधित विभाग अपने कर्मियों के प्रशिक्षण के लिए NDRF को ई-मेल के माध्यम से अनुरोध भेज सकते हैं। इसके बाद NDRF की टीम द्वारा संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, सिविल सर्जन शंभूनाथ चौधरी, SDO चैनपुर पूर्णिमा कुमारी, SDO बसिया जयवंती देवगम, DSP गुमला मुख्यालय वीरेंद्र टोप्पो, DCLR गुमला राजीव कुमार, DCLR चैनपुर, DCLR बसिया शेखर कुमार, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालको, कार्यपालक अभियंता PHED, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी शुभम प्रिया तीयू, आईटी मैनेजर राजीव कुमार सहित विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी एवं अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
