देवघर डीसी ने खनन पट्टेधारियों के साथ की बैठक, झारखंड हाईकोर्ट के आदेशों के सख्त अनुपालन का दिया निर्देश

देवघर : उपायुक्त सह जिला दंडाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिले के सभी खनन पट्टेधारियों और अनुज्ञप्तिधारियों के साथ बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। यह बैठक झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा रिट याचिका बनाम झारखंड राज्य एवं अन्य’ में पारित आदेशों के अनुपालन को लेकर बुलाई गई थी।

पर्यावरण मानकों की अनदेखी पर होगी सख्त कार्रवाई : डीसी

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि जिले में संचालित सभी खदानों में पर्यावरणीय नियमों का अक्षरशः पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि उच्च न्यायालय और SEIAA (राज्य स्तरीय पर्यावरण प्रभाव निर्धारण प्राधिकरण) के निर्देशों का उल्लंघन करने वाले पट्टेधारियों के विरुद्ध कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

बैठक के दौरान दस्तावेजों और धरातलीय स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए उपस्थित सभी खनन संचालकों को अनिवार्य मानकों के शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन का सख्त निर्देश दिया। इसके अलावा बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने प्रदूषण नियंत्रण को लेकर वायु, जल और ध्वनि प्रदूषण की नियमित जांच रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही वृक्षारोपण एवं सुरक्षा को लेकर खदान क्षेत्रों में किए गए वृक्षारोपण की जियोटैग तस्वीरों और श्रमिकों के लिए बनाए गए आश्रय स्थलों की स्थिति की समीक्षा की गई।

सभी खानों की जियोटैग्ड फोटोग्राफी अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करने का निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी खानों की जियोटैग्ड फोटोग्राफी अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि खनन गतिविधियों से पर्यावरण को होने वाले नुकसान को न्यूनतम करना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।  बैठक में उपरोक्त के अलावा जिला खनन पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी, सहायक जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी और जिले के सभी प्रमुख खनन पट्टेधारी एवं उनके प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।
