डकरा – अगर आप डकरा के आस पास जैसे खलारी , चुरी , मांकी , KDH , मोहन नगर मे रहते है और लजीज लिट्टी चोखा खाने का जी करे तो डकरा हॉस्पिटल के मैन गेट के सामने ही गोपी भाई का एक छोटा सा फूड स्टॉल हैं वहाँ पर आकार मजेदार लिट्टी चोखे का मजा ले सकते हैं | गोपी जी का यहा पर पिछले 5 साल से लिट्टी चोखे का फूड स्टॉल चलाते हैं और बड़े प्यार से लोगों को लिट्टी चोखा खिलाते हैं | झारखंड वीकली की टीम पिछले सप्ताह डकरा खलारी के विजिट पर थी और हमने गोपी भाई के लिट्टी चोखे का आनंद लिया | गोपी भाई ने बताया वो लिट्टी चोखे को बनाने मे विशेष ध्यान देते हैं और थोड़ा ज्यादा तयारी करते हैं, हल्के आँच मे लिट्टी को बनाते है जिससे लिट्टी का स्वाद बढ़ जाता हैं , लहसन , अदरक , तीखी चटनी , अंचार , और स्वादिस्त आलू का चोखा खाकर मजा आ जाता हैं | मजेदार बात ये है की लिट्टी चोखा बनाने की प्रकिया मे गोपी भाई किसी का भी साथ नहीं लेते और सारा काम खुद करना पसंद करते हैं | यहाँ गोपी भाई ने दाम लिट्टी चोखा का दाम भी काफी कम रखा है जिससे आप जी भर के लिट्टी चोखे का मजा ले सकते हैं वो भी अपने बजट मे | गोपी जी का पूरा नाम है गोपाल प्रसाद , इनहोने विनोबाभावे यूनिवरसिटि से ग्राजुएशन कर रखा है , पहले से ही मन बना रखा था की वो अपना खुद काम ही करेंगे और जब मौका मिला तो अपना फूड स्टॉल खोल दिया | कभी मौका मिले डकरा जाने का तो गोपी भाई के हाथों के लिट्टी चोखे का मजा जरूर लें  | डकरा हॉस्पिटल मैन गेट के सामने गोपी भाई का छोटा सा फूड स्टॉल है , हॉस्पिटल के पास के किसी भी दुकान वाले से पूछेंगे तो वो आपको गोपी भाई के फूड स्टॉल का पता बता देगा | Contact No. of Gopi Bhai – 9709014720
