हे चुनाव आयोग के प्रभु जी…! आप पर चाणक्य-चन्द्रगुप्त ने इतना भरोसा किया है, तो इसका सुफल भी इन्हें दे देना…!

दीदी ने तो ‘फोटोकापी चाणक्य’ को दिन-रात एसी में पसीना बहाने के लिए मजबूर कर दिया…क्या चार मई को उनकी चाणक्यगिरी सुरक्षित रहेगी….या दिल्ली वापसी करेगी…?

बिना शिखा और बिना जनेऊ के आधुनिक चाणक्य जी अपने चन्द्रगुप्त मौर्य जी को पश्चिम बंगाल की विजयश्री भेंट करना चाहते थे, मगर तमाम हिकमतों के बावजूद जब उन्होंने देखा कि पहले चरण में 92.9 प्रतिशत मतदान हो चुका है और उन्होंने ज्यादा वोट दिए हैं, जिन्हें रोकने के लिए सबसे मजबूत किलेबंदी की गई थी तो उनकी सिट्टी और पिट्टी दोनों गुम है बल्कि गिट्टी भी गुम है। उनकी चाणक्यगिरी पर खतरा मंडरा रहा है। फिर भी उन्हें चुनाव आयोग पर पूरा भरोसा है कि वह 23 और 29 अप्रैल की बंपर वोटिंग के बाद भी कुछ ऐसा कमाल दिखाएगा कि चार मई को सब दंग रह जाएंगे। उनकी चाणक्यगिरी सुरक्षित रहेगी।

उनका प्लान यह सिद्ध करने का था कि उनका राजा चन्द्रगुप्त मौर्य हो न हो मगर वे चाणक्य हैं, इसमें किसी को संदेह नहीं रहना चाहिए। अपने को चाणक्य मानने की गलतफहमी के लिए स्वयं उतने जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं, जितने कि पत्रकार, गोदी मीडिया और यहां तक कि उनके धुर विरोधी, जिन्होंने उन्हें बार-बार चाणक्य संबोधित कर उनका दिमाग सातवें आसमान पर चढ़ा दिया है। वे यह तक भूल गए हैं कि वे अमित शाह हैं और नरेन्द्र मोदी की सरकार में गृहमंत्री हैं। वे चाणक्य होने के मुगालते में दिन-रात एसी में पसीना बहा रहे हैं।

मीडिया ने चाणक्य बना दिया वरना…?

चाणक्य जी, चाणक्य होने के भ्रम में यह भी भूल गए हैं कि यह इक्कीसवीं सदी की दूसरी चौथाई है। यह चाणक्य के करीब ढाई हजार साल बाद का समय है। इस समय भारत में राजा नहीं होते। जिन्हें प्रधानमंत्री या मुख्यमंत्री होते हुए राजा होने का मुगालता हो जाता है, वे इतिहास के पन्नों के इतने नीचे दब जाते हैं कि उनकी आह तक सुनाई नहीं देती।

चंद्रगुप्त मौर्य और चाणक्य का नाम तो उन पन्नों में मिल जाता है मगर इक्कीसवीं सदी के इन चंद्रगुप्तों और चाणक्यों का किसी फुटनोट में भी नहीं मिलता, हालांकि इन बेचारों को क्या पता कि किताब क्या होती है और उसमें फुटनोट क्या होते हैं! एंटायर पोलिटिकल साइंस के विद्यार्थियों को एमए करने के लिए किताबें नहीं पढ़नी पड़तीं, न परीक्षा देनी होती है और न डिग्री लेनी होती है!

चाणक्य होने के भार से गले-गले तक दबे बेचारे शाह जी बंगाल में अंतिम रूप से यह साबित करने में लगे हैं कि इक्कीसवीं सदी के असली चाणक्य वही हैं। बल्कि सच तो यह है कि ईसा पूर्व तीसरी-चौथी शताब्दी के बाद भारत में अगर कोई चाणक्य पैदा हुआ है तो वे केवल वह हैं।

चूंकि वे चाणक्य हैं, इसीलिए उनका राजा चन्द्रगुप्त मौर्य है वरना उस बेचारे की क्या हैसियत? वे हैं, इसीलिए नरेन्द्र मोदी, चंद्रगुप्त मौर्य हैं। जिस दिन वे चाणक्य नहीं रहेंगे, उस दिन मौर्य साहब भी धूल चाटते मिलेंगे। आजकल गोमूत्र और गोबर की महिमा बहुत गाई जा रही है, उसका सेवन करते हुए भी वे पाये जा सकते हैं!

चाणक्य जी बजरंग बली का नाम लेकर पश्चिम बंगाल की रणभूमि में कूद पड़े थे। अकेले नहीं, चुनाव आयोग, ईडी, सीबीआई, अर्द्धसैनिक बलों के हजारों जवानों, मंत्रियों, सांसदों, विधायकों, धन की मोटी- मोटी थैलियों, हिंदू-मुसलमान के पचड़े, वोट चोरी, वोट कटाई जैसे सैकड़ों औजारों के साथ।

इसके लिए चाणक्य जी ने भय के ऐसे वातावरण का निर्माण किया, जिसकी मिसाल आजाद भारत में नहीं मिलती! चतुरंगिणी सेना तो बहुत पुरानी बात हो चुकी, वे बहुरंगिणी सेना के सेनापति हैं। वे साम-दाम-दण्ड-भेद के साथ ही नहीं, उन हथियारों से साथ भी कूदे, जिनकी कल्पना बेचारे असली चाणक्य जी को थी ही नहीं।

आज की सीबीआई चाणक्य जी के गुप्तचरों से भी बहुत आगे है

ईडी का नाम प्राचीन चाणक्य जी ने क्या ही सुना होगा। मेरा खयाल है कि आज की सीबीआई भी चाणक्य जी के गुप्तचरों से बहुत आगे है। तब लोकतंत्र नहीं था तो असली चाणक्य जी वोट चोरी नामक कला के बारे में भी नहीं जानते रहे होंगे। चुनाव आयोग नहीं था तो वोट काटने की कल्पना भी उनके दिमाग आ नहीं सकती थी। चाणक्य जी हिंदू-मुसलमान का खेल भी नहीं जानते थे।

मतलब आधुनिक चाणक्य जी के सामने बेचारे वे कहीं नहीं लगते थे। मान लो वे भी इतने ही बड़े उस्ताद हुए होते, जितने कि आज के फोटोकापी चाणक्य हैं तो 2014 आता या 2026 आता, ये कुछ नहीं कर पाते।

ये मौर्य जी के साथ अहमदाबाद के किसी हनुमान मंदिर में भजन करते और इधर-उधर से चंदा करके भंडारे करते, जिससे वोट नहीं मिलते। भजन करने से चने और हद से हद केले का प्रसाद मिलता है और भंडारा खानेवाले इतने नाशुक्रे होते हैं कि भंडारा खाना अपना जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार मानते हैं और तर्क देते हैं कि यह बात लोकमत तिलक ने कही थी।

भंडारे की जगह पर कितने ही भगवा झंडे लहरा दो, खानेवाले खाने में मगन रहते हैं और खाने के बाद हाथ धोने के लिए आगे बढ़ जाते हैं. वे नजर उठाकर झंडे की तरफ देखते तक नहीं ! ऐसी स्थिति में इनकी चाणक्यगिरी और उनकी मौर्यगिरी की प्रतिभा इस जीवन में बेकार चली जाती और दूसरा जीवन मिलता नहीं!’

दीदी पर बरसने से वोट नहीं बरसते चाणक्य जी…!

दीदी ओ दीदी ‘और ‘ए दीदी’ बोलने के बाद मौर्य साहब और चाणक्य जी, पिछली बार ममता बनर्जी को हरा नहीं पाए थे। अभी भी ये दोनों चुनाव आयोग के अलावा बजरंगबली के भरोसे हैं और रोज उन्हें नारियल चढ़ाने जा रहे हैं। चाणक्य जी की कला अगर इस बार सिरे नहीं चढ़ पाई तो चंद्रगुप्त मौर्य जी- जो पहले से एपस्टीन आदि प्रसंगों के कारण खतरे की जद में हैं- संकटापन्न हो जाएंगे और उनके साथ चाणक्य जी का भी बंटाधार हो जाएगा। बारह साल की सारी ‘मेहनत’ चौपट हो जाएगी!

हे चुनाव आयोग के प्रभु जी, आप पर इन दोनों ने इतना अधिक भरोसा किया है तो इसका सुफल भी इन्हें देना। फिर इस बार आपने पूरी तरह ‘ निष्पक्ष‘ टाइप चुनाव करवाया है तो इसके पीछे आइडिया यही होगा कि मौर्य साहब और चाणक्य जी को इसका पूरा-पूरा लाभ मिले वरना ‘निष्पक्ष‘ चुनाव कराने की ऐसी कोई मजबूरी नहीं थी! पक्षपातपूर्ण चुनाव करवाने से भी काम चल जाता! और जहां तक संविधान का सवाल है, वह ऐसा ग्रंथ बन चुका है, जिसके आगे सिर झुकाना ही उसका पालन करना माना जाता है। क्यों मौर्य साहब मैंने कुछ ग़लत तो नहीं कहा! कहा हो तो आप सुधार देना!
