रांची : झारखंड के वित्त मंत्री राधाकृष्ण किशोर प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष केशव महतो कमलेश के कामकाज, संगठन और सरकार पर सीधा प्रहार कर पार्टी के निशाने पर आ गए हैं. वित्त मंत्री ने लगातार दो दिन पत्र के माध्यम से अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर की है. इस नाराजगी के मायने क्या हैं, आगे क्या कार्रवाई हो सकती है. यह जानना जरूरी है.
वित्त मंत्री की बातें अपनी जगह पर सही हो सकती हैं, पर सार्वजनिक रूप से पार्टी और सरकार की आलोचना कर वह निशाने पर आ गए हैं. पार्टी के अंदर विरोध शुरू हो गया है. कई लोग प्रदेश अध्यक्ष के पक्ष में आ चुके हैं और मंत्री के बयान को अनुचित और दबाव की राजनीति बता रहे हैं.
पूरे प्रकरण पर कांग्रेस प्रभारी के राजू भी नाराज बताए जा रहे हैं. उन्होंने पूरी रिपोर्ट मांगी है. बात ऊपर तक पहुंच चुकी है. कुछ लोग तो इसी बहाने उन्हें मंत्रिमंडल से हटाने की मांग भी कर रहे हैं. संभव है देर-सबेर उनकी छुट्टी भी हो जाए.
इधर वित्त मंत्री भी राजनीति के माहिर खिलाड़ी हैं. यदि उन्होंने सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पर निशाना साधा है तो इसके पीछे भी राजनीति और रणनीति होगी. यूं ही वह कुछ नहीं बोलते हैं. गंभीर राजनीतिज्ञ हैं. इसके भी अपने मायने हैं.
मंत्री अपनी राजनीतिक विरासत पुत्र को सौंपने की फिराक में
कांग्रेस सूत्रों की माने तो वित्त मंत्री की नाराजगी दो बातों को लेकर अधिक है. वित्त मंत्री अपने बेटे प्रशांत किशोर को राजनीति में लाना चाहते हैं. यह इसलिए कि अब वह विराम लेने वाले हैं, इसलिए बेटे को आगे कर रहे हैं. अगला चुनाव बेटा ही लड़ेगा. वह चाहते थे कि प्रदेश कमेटी में उनके बेटे प्रशांत किशोर को महासचिव बनाया जाए लेकिन उनके बेटे को प्रदेश सचिव बनाया गया. इससे वह नाराज हो गए. उन्होंने बेटे से इस्तीफा दिलवा दिया.
अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र के चार प्रखंड अध्यक्षों को हटाना चाहते थे. इनमें दो को हटा दिया गया, लेकिन दो बरकरार रह गए. इससे भी वह नाराज चल रहे थे. कई अन्य कारण भी है.
अब कांग्रेस में राधाकृष्ण किशोर के सार्वजनिक बयान और नाराजगी को लेकर पार्टी में घमासान है. कांग्रेस में मंत्री के कामकाज को लेकर ही सवाल उठाए जा रहे हैँ. कहा जा रहा है कि मंत्री संगठन के कामकाज में रुचि नहीं लेते हैं, जो जिम्मेदारी दी गई उसको उन्होंने नहीं निभाया. उन्हें पलामू और कोल्हान प्रमंडल का प्रभारी बनाया गया था. इन जिलों में संगठन की मजबूती की जिम्मेदारी दी गई थी. लेकिन पलामू में तो वह जाते हैं लेकिन कोल्हान प्रमंडल में कभी दौरा नहीं किया.
पूर्व मंत्री योगेंद्र साव के खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई दो महीने पहले हुई और अब इस पर वह सवाल उठा रहे हैं. पहले ही दिन सवाल क्यों नहीं उठाया. संगठन में उनका कोई योगदान नहीं है. विधानसभा चुनाव में नॉमिनेशन के समय विभिन्न पार्टियों से होते हुए फिर से कांग्रेस में शामिल हुए.
कांग्रेस में विरोध के बावजूद किशोर को मंत्री बनाया गया
कांग्रेस ने उन्हें छतरपुर से टिकट दिया. फिर मंत्री बनाया तब तो सब कुछ ठीक था और अब सब गड़बड़ हो गया. प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नकारा लगने लगे. मंत्री बनाए जाने को लेकर पार्टी के विधायकों में आक्रोश भी था. फिर भी मंत्री बनाया गया.
राधाकृष्ण किशोर ने सरकार के कामकाज पर भी सवाल उठाया. मगही, भोजपुरी और अंगिका को क्षेत्रीय भाषा में शामिल नहीं किए जाने का मामला उठाया है.
अब कांग्रेस में मंत्री के खिलाफ माहौल तैयार किया जा रहा है. संभव है देर-सवेर उन पर कार्रवाई हो. आने वाले दिनों में इसका असर दिखेगा.
प्रशांत किशोर के मामले में RU कटघरे में
हालांकि अपने बेेेटे प्रशांत किशोर के मामले् में रांची यूनिवर्सिटी विवादों के घेरे में आ गया है. पिछले दिन उनके बेेेटे को नियम-परिनियम को बदल कर एग्जाम बोर्ड में बदलाव किया गया.जब हो-हल्ला हुआ तो यूनिवर्सिटी ने डिपाटमेंट लिविंग सर्टिफिकेट (DLC) पर रोक लगा दी है। यह पूछा गया कि रजिस्ट्रेशन समाप्त होने के बाद परीक्षा की अनुमति किस आधार पर मिली? क्या एग्जाम बोर्ड नियमों से ऊपर है? कोर्स बंद होने के आठ साल बाद दूसरे संस्थान से परीक्षा किस आधार पर कराई गई? अभी इन सब बातों का जवाब आना बाकी है. मंत्री ने अभी तक इसपर अपनी साफगोई पेश नहीं की है.
