राज्यसभा चुनाव: नथवानी के चुनाव लड़ने से भाजपा के कई दिग्गजों के मंसूबों पर फिर सकता है पानी, झामुमो-कांग्रेस में भी कई दावेदार

एनडीए के पास 24 विधायक हैं. भाजपा अगर उम्मीदवार देती है तो उसे अतिरिक्त चार वोट की जरूरत होगी. ऐसे में क्रॉस वोटिंग की संभावना बढ़ जाएगी. अर्थतंत्र भी हावी हो सकता है. क्योंंकि नथवानी के चुनावी मैदान में उतरने से भाजपा के अंदर खदबदाहट है. केंद्रीय नेतृत्व का अगर उन्हें साथ मिला (जैैैसा कि पूर्व में हो चुका है) तो अन्य उम्मीदवारों के मंसूबों पर पानी फिर सकता है.

रांची : झारखंड में दो राज्यसभा सीटों के लिए चुनाव की घोषणा किसी दिन हो सकती है. राज्यसभा चुनाव झारखंड की राजनीति के लिए अहम है. चुनाव से राजनीति की दशा और दिशा तय होगी. सत्ता का समीकरण बदलेगा या यथावत रहेगा. यह भी इसी चुनाव पर निर्भर है. राज्य की राजनीति के लिए राज्यसभा चुनाव टर्निंग प्वाइंट साबित हो सकता है. महत्वपूर्ण सूचना यह है कि भाजपा भी उम्मीदवार देगी. इसकी तैयारी और रणनीति बन रही है. बंगाल चुनाव में शानदार जीत के बाद भाजपा का मनोबल हाई है.

राज्यसभा चुनाव में जीत के लिए एक उम्मीदवार को कम से कम 28 वोट चाहिए. आंकड़ों के खेल में तो इंडिया गठबंधन मजबूत है. यदि गठबंधन एकजुट रहा तो दोनों सीटों पर उसकी जीत पक्की है. क्योंकि गठबंधन के पास 56 वोट हैं. लेकिन ऐसा होगा यह देखना होगा. दो में से एक सीट पर कांग्रेस का दावा है. कांग्रेस का हक भी है. लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन क्या फैसला लेते हैं यह महत्वपूर्ण होगा. सब कुछ हेमंत सोरेन के फैसले पर टिका है.

दीपक प्रकाश सहित कई भाजपाइयों ने दावेदारी पेश की 

इधर, भाजपा भी उम्मीदवार देने को तैयार है, रणनीति बन चुकी है. भाजपा से वर्तमान राज्यसभा सांसद दीपक प्रकाश सहित आधा दर्जन से अधिक नेता टिकट के लिए प्रयासरत हैं. कुछ प्रभावशाली नेताओं ने प्रदेश और केंद्रीय नेतृत्व के समक्ष अपनी दावेदारी पेश करते हुए कहा है कि उन्हें टिकट दिया जाए. वह चार से पांच वोट मैनेज कर लेंगे.

झारखंड में राज्यसभा का चुनाव देश भर में चर्चित रहा है. चुनाव में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका जेकेएलएम के एकमात्र विधायक जयराम महतो की होगी. जयराम पर टिकी है सबकी नजर.

दो बार सांसद रह चुके नथवानी भी मैदान में

खबर यह भी है कि रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज के परिमल नथवानी भी इस बार झारखंड से राज्यसभा जाना चाहते हैं. उन्होंने भाजपा सहित अन्य दलों से समर्थन मांगा है. यदि नथवानी मैदान में आते हैं तो चुनाव दिलचस्प हो जाएगा. नथवानी झारखंड से दो बार राज्यसभा पहुंच चुके हैं.

सभी दलों से उनके अच्छे संबंध हैं. यदि वह मैदान में आते हैं तो बहुत संभव है कि निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के रूप में भाजपा उन्हें समर्थन दे दे. टिकट के मामले में नथवानी सब पर भारी पड़ेंगे. सांसद दीपक प्रकाश का भी केंद्रीय नेतृत्व से बेहतर संबंध है. इसलिए दीपक प्रकाश भी मजबूत दावेदार हैं.  

राज्यसभा का चुनाव दिलचस्प और झारखंड की राजनीति के लिए महत्वपूर्ण होनेवाला है. इसलिए अगले कुछ दिन बेहद खास होंगे. वैसे कांग्रेस-झामुमो के बीच अभी राजनीतिक नुराकुश्ती जारी है. कांग्रेस और झामुमो अपने उम्मीदवारों को लेकर बहुत जल्द रणनीति बनाएगी. खासकर झामुमो से कौन प्रत्याशी होगा, यह कहना अभी मुश्किल है.
