अमेरिका में चल रही धोखाधड़ी के मामले में गौतम अडानी और उनका भतीजा सागर अडानी बच निकले हैं। उन्होंने अमेरिका के सिक्योरिटी एंड एक्सचेंज कमीशन यानी एसईसी के साथ सेटलमेंट कर लिया है। इस सेटलमेंट के तहत गौतम अडानी और सागर अडानी 150 करोड़ रुपए बतौर पेनल्टी देंगे। इसके अलावा उन्होंने दस अरब डॉलर के निवेश और 15 हज़ार लोगों को नौकरियाँ देने का वादा भी किया है। ख़बर है कि अमेरिका के न्याय विभाग ने अलग से जो आपराधिक मामला दर्ज़ किया था, अब वह भी ख़त्म किया जाने वाला है। अडानी समूह पर तीसरा केस भी है और इसके लिए वह वित्त मंत्रालय के साथ 275 मिलियन डॉलर का सेटेलमेंट करने जा रहा है। ये मामला ईरानी गैस शिपिंग से जुड़ा हुआ है। एक झटके में अडाणी के सारे केस हो जाएंगे रफा-दफा
कहा जा रहा है कि मोदी जी अपने मित्र को बचाना चाहते थे और ट्रम्प अपने मन की ट्रेड डील चाहते थे इसलिए दोनों ने हाथ मिला लिए। इस डील में भारत के हितों की बलि चढ़ा दी गई। दरअसल, संदेह के कई आधार हैं। अव्वल तो ये कि अमेरिका के न्याय विभाग ने जो सम्मन भेजे थे उसे मोदी सरकार ने 14 महीनों तक तामील ही नहीं होने दिया। फिर ट्रम्प ने नियम-कानूनों में जब ढील दी तो ये सरकार के स्तर पर ही संभव था। फिर अडाणी ने ट्रम्प का ही वकील हायर करके ट्रम्प से सेटलमेंट करने में मदद ली। यहां गौर करनेवाली बात है कि केस अमेरिका में दर्ज़ हुआ पर अपराध तो भारत में हुआ था। कई राज्यों के अधिकारियों और नेताओं को भी रिश्वत दी गई, लेकिन मोदी सरकार ने न केस दर्ज किया और न ही जांच के आदेश दिए। अब सवाल उठता है कि परदे के पीछे खेल क्या हुआ….? इस सरकार के रहते तो इस खेल का पता चलना मुश्किल हैै, पर अवाम इस खेल को अब समझ गया है.
आपको बता दें कि अडाणी और सागर अडाणी पर US इन्वेस्टर्स को गुमराह करने का आरोप था। आरोप के मुताबिक उनकी कंपनी अडाणी ग्रीन एनर्जी ने $750 मिलियन के बॉन्ड इश्यू किए। इनमें यूएस इन्वेस्टर्स का $175 मिलियन भी शामिल थे।
ऐसा करते वक्त उन्होंने anti-bribery क्लॉज का पालन करने का झूठा वादा किया। इसके उलट उन्होंने भारत में सोलर पावर कॉन्ट्रैक्ट्स हासिल करने के लिए भारतीय सरकारी अधिकारियों को सैकड़ों मिलियन डॉलर की रिश्वत देने की स्कीम चलाई।
ट्रेड डील में मोदी ट्रंंप के सामने सरेंडर हुए…!
लेकिन सवाल ये उठ रहा है कि ये समझौता हुआ कैसे ? किसकी मदद से हुआ ?लेकिन एक बात तो स्पष्ट हो गई है कि अडाणी के लिए मोदी सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय हितों के साथ समझौता किया। राहुल गाँधी का सीधा आरोप है कि ट्रेड डील में मोदी ने इसीलिए अमेरिका की ऐसी शर्तें मान लीं जो नहीं मानी जानी चाहिए थीं।
यानी मोदी अपने मित्र को बचाना चाहते थे और ट्रम्प अपने मन की ट्रेड डील चाहते थे इसलिए दोनों ने हाथ मिला लिए। इस डील में भारत के हितों की बलि चढ़ा दी गई।

मोदी की भूमिका को लेकर संदेह के कई आधार हैं। अव्वल तो ये कि एसईसी ने जो सम्मन भेजे थे उसे मोदी सरकार ने 14 महीनों तक सर्व ही नहीं होने दिया। वह टालमटोल करती रही। शायद इसलिए कि वह डील करवाने में लगी रही।
बीच में ट्रम्प ने नियम-कानूनों में जब ढील दी तो ये संदेह और बढ़ गया, क्योंकि अडाणी तो ये करवा नहीं सकते थे। ये सरकार के स्तर पर ही संभव था। अलबत्ता अडाणी ने ट्रम्प का वकील हायर करके ट्रम्प से सेटलमेंट करने में मदद ली और ये भी उनके हक़ में गया होगा।
अपराध भारत में और केस दर्ज अमेरिका में
दूसरे, भले ही केस अमेरिका में दर्ज़ हुआ हो मगर अपराध तो भारत में हुआ था। कई राज्यों के अधिकारियों और शायद नेताओं को भी रिश्वत दी गई या उसकी पेशकश की गई, लेकिन मोदी सरकार ने न केस दर्ज किया और न ही जांच के आदेश दिए।
अब सवाल उठता है कि परदे के पीछे खेल क्या हुआ…..कौन हैं इस खेल के खिलाड़ी….अडानी को बचाने की चालें कैसे चली गईं और उसके लिए क्या-क्या दाँव पर लगाया गया.
डील से सेटलमेंट कर अडाणी को केस से बरी करवा दिया
कहा जा रहा है कि अडाणी जी देश में बडा फर्ज़ी राष्ट्रवाद के पीछे छिप रहे थे पर केस का सामना करने की हिम्मत नहीं हो रही है. इसलिये डील से सैटलमेंट करके केस से बाहर निकलना चाहते है। ये बताता है कि इन्होंने भ्रष्टाचार किया है। अगर ईमानदार होते तो केस लड़ने की हिम्मत दिखाते और जीत के अपने आप को अप्रूव करते.
अडाणी ग्रुप ने हिंडेनबर्ग पर मानहानि के केस की धमकी दी, पर किया नहीं…क्यों?
हिंडेनबर्ग ने इनपर जब आरोप लगाये थे तो अडाणी ग्रुप ने हिंडेनबर्ग पर मानहानि के केस की धमकी दी थी, पर किया नहीं. भारत में कोई जांच नहीं हुई। होती भी कैसे क्योंकि पूरी सरकार ही इनसे मिली हुई है। सरकार इनको ठेके देती है और ये सरकार को ठेकों से प्रॉफिट में हिस्सा (चंदा) देते हैं।
शायद अडाणी को ही “राष्ट्रीय सेठ” से “विश्व सेठ” बनाने का सपना ही “विश्वगुरु” के रूप में जनता को पेश किया गया था। इसी सेठ का व्यवसाय बढ़ाने के लिए सरकारी विदेश यात्राएं होती थीं, होती हैं और आगे भी होती रहेंगी !
