गोमिया रेल ओवरब्रिज के विस्थापितों ने जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी को सौंपा मांग पत्र

गोमिया_गोमिया अंचल अंतर्गत पलिहारी गुरूडीह पंचायत में निर्माणाधीन रेल ओवरब्रिज परियोजना से प्रभावित विस्थापितों के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने सोमवार को बोकारो के जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी द्वारका बैठा से मुलाकात कर अपनी मांगों से संबंधित ज्ञापन सौंपा। प्रतिनिधिमंडल का नेतृत्व विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति, गोमिया के अध्यक्ष विनय महतो एवं सचिव राकेश कुमार कर रहे थे।
प्रतिनिधिमंडल का नेतृत्व कर रहे विस्थापित नेता राकेश कुमार ने बताया कि अक्टूबर 2023 में रेल ओवरब्रिज निर्माण हेतु भूमि अधिग्रहण को लेकर आमसभा आयोजित की गई थी तथा फरवरी 2025 में संबंधित रैयतों को मुआवजा भुगतान के लिए नोटिस जारी किया गया था। इसके बावजूद लगभग 15 माह बीत जाने के बाद भी भूमि अधिग्रहण प्रक्रिया शिथिल एवं लंबित बनी हुई है।

उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी परियोजना के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण की जिम्मेदारी राज्य सरकार की होती है। इस रेल ओवरब्रिज परियोजना के लिए रैयत अपनी जमीन देने को तैयार हैं, लेकिन सरकारी उदासीनता के कारण प्रक्रिया अत्यंत धीमी गति से चल रही है। इसका सीधा असर रेल ओवरब्रिज निर्माण कार्य पर पड़ रहा है और परियोजना अधूरी बनी हुई है।
राकेश कुमार ने जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी से हस्तक्षेप कर प्रभावित रैयतों को शीघ्र मुआवजा भुगतान सुनिश्चित कराने की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा कि जब तक भूमि अधिग्रहण प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं होगी, तब तक रेल ओवरब्रिज का निर्माण भी पूरा नहीं हो सकेगा। यह रेल ओवरब्रिज गोमिया क्षेत्र के लोगों का वर्षों पुराना सपना है।
प्रतिनिधिमंडल में मुकेश कुमार, अरविंद कुमार, नंदकिशोर प्रसाद एवं अश्विनी कुमार शामिल थे।
