श्रमिक समस्याओं का निराकरण पहली प्राथमिकता : जीएम ए के बी सिंह

स्वांग वाशरी में यूनियन ने नवपदस्थापित महाप्रबंधक का किया स्वागत

गोमिया_स्वांग वाशरी में राष्ट्रीय कोलियरी मजदूर यूनियन की ओर से नवपदस्थापित महाप्रबंधक ए के बी सिंह का भव्य स्वागत किया गया। कार्यक्रम का नेतृत्व यूनियन के क्षेत्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष अवधेश कुमार सिंह ने किया। इस दौरान यूनियन पदाधिकारियों ने महाप्रबंधक को पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर तथा शॉल ओढ़ाकर सम्मानित किया।
परियोजना कार्यालय के सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में श्रमिकों की विभिन्न समस्याओं एवं सुविधाओं को लेकर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। यूनियन प्रतिनिधियों ने श्रमिक आवासों की मरम्मत, पदोन्नति, जर्जर जलपान गृह के सौंदर्यीकरण, परियोजना कार्यालय परिसर में महिला शौचालय निर्माण, कॉन्फ्रेंस हॉल की मरम्मत तथा गुणवत्ता युक्त कोयला आपूर्ति सहित कई महत्वपूर्ण मांगें प्रबंधन के समक्ष रखीं।

महाप्रबंधक ए के बी सिंह ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल को आश्वस्त करते हुए कहा कि श्रमिकों की समस्याओं का समय-सीमा के भीतर समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रमिक हितों की अनदेखी किसी भी स्तर पर बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी तथा लापरवाही बरतने वाले अधिकारियों के लिए यह अच्छा संकेत नहीं होगा। उन्होंने सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता बताते हुए कहा कि सभी को मिलजुल कर सुरक्षित वातावरण में उत्पादन लक्ष्य हासिल करना होगा।
क्षेत्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष अवधेश कुमार सिंह ने श्रमिकों की समस्याओं को विस्तारपूर्वक रखते हुए उनके त्वरित समाधान की मांग की।
मौके पर परियोजना पदाधिकारी वी मोहन बाबू, अभिजीत महतो, अमित कुमार, अमन कुमार एवं निखिल कुमार उपस्थित थे। वहीं यूनियन की ओर से क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष अजय कुमार सिंह सहित कई लोग उपस्थित थे।
