CJP : क्षणिक उत्साह से उपजे आंदोलनों को अवसरवादी लपक लेते हैं

इतिहास गवाह है, क्षणिक उत्साह में अक्सर सत्ता को अवसरवादी आकर लपक लेते हैं। पहले विश्वयुद्ध के अपमान से उत्तेजित जनता ने हिटलर को हाथों हाथ लिया, ईरान की जनता ने खोमैनी को, हमने महाप्रभु को. परिणाम क्या रहा? फिर से अंतहीन लड़ाई ! कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी शायद यही हश्र होगा. हालांकि सोशल मीडिया के जमाने में सीजेपी को मात्र एक हफ्ते में जितनी तीव्र गति से युवाओं का समर्थन मिला है, वह चौंकानेवाला जरूर है. 

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (सीजेपी) मुझे एक ऐसी चौंध से ज्यादा नहीं लग रही है, जो लोगों की आँखों की रोशनी छीन ले। हालाँकि बचपन में एक सबक सीखा था कि एकाएक यदि कुछ चमकने लगे तो उस पर जरूर शक करो. मगर एक बार दूध से जल चुके हैं। बुद्धि औऱ विवेक दोनों छाछ से जलने के लिए किसी कीमत तैयार नहीं है।

5 अप्रैल को दिल्ली में अन्ना हजारे ने इंडिया अगेंस्ट करप्शन की शुरुआत की। हम सब जानते हैं कि इसकी पृष्ठभूमि कैसे बनी और उसके परिणाम क्या रहे? कांग्रेस का भ्रष्टाचार और उससे ज्यादा इसका प्रचार. बाद के सालों में कई मामलों में मौजूदा सरकार के होते, कांग्रेसी बरी होते रहे हैं।

टू जी घोटाला वो षडयंत्र था, जिसके बारे में पढ़-समझकर बुद्धि काम करना बंद दिया करती है। मीडिया कैसे ‘कुछ-न’ होने को ‘कितना कुछ’ बनाकर पेश कर सकती है। 2017 में जब इस कथित घोटाले को कोर्ट ने एक तरह से ‘न हुआ’ करार दिया, तब असल में ठगे जाने का अहसास हुआ था।

इंडिया अगेंस्ट करप्शन की हकीकत

कितने लोग इस बात की जानकारी रखते हैं कि इंडिया अगेंस्ट करप्शन की शुरूआत से लगभग महीने भर पहले अमेरिका के सैनडियागो में एक मार्च निकाला गया था! 12 मार्च, ठीक वही दिन जो इतिहास में गाँधी के डांडी मार्च के नाम से दर्ज है। 

सैनडियागो से सैन फ्रांसिस्को तक की लगभग 386 किलोमीटर की यात्रा 26 मार्च को खत्म हुई थी। उसी वक्त अमेरिका के लगभग 45 शहरों में इस तरह के मार्च का आयोजन हुआ था। बाद में दुनिया के औऱ आठ देशों में इस तरह के मार्च के आयोजन हुए। क्या लगता है ये सब ऑर्गेनिक था?

जिस इंडियन डायसपोरा के नाम पर हमारे महाप्रभु दुनिया में अपना झंडा गाड़े हुए दिखते हैं, और उनके समर्थक इसे देखकर गुब्बारा हुए घूमते हैं, असल में ये वही डायसपोरा है, जिसने हमारे देश में उस बदलाव की नींव रखी, जिसे हम आज भुगत रहे हैं।

हो सकता है कि इस षडयंत्र की जानकारी अरविंद केजरीवाल को नहीं हो। मगर इस आंदोलन की तफ्तीश करते हुए ये सवाल उठता है कि इसके मंच पर धार्मिक गुरुओं को तो जगह मिली, किसी राजनीतिक व्यक्ति को नहीं मिली, क्यों? जबकि संघ से जुड़ा संगठन इसको सपोर्ट कर रहा था।

एक इंटरव्यू ने गुल पनाग बता रही थी कि वे बस ये देखने गई थी कि आखिर ये क्या आंदोलन है? अऱविंद केजरीवाल ने उन्हें मंच पर बुला लिया। वे आगे बताती हैं कि उस वक्त दर्शकों में सौ-दो-सौ लोग होंगे। मगर टीवी पर जिस तरह से इसे दिखाया गया, उसने उन्हें चकित कर दिया था।

आखिर बदलाव की दिशा क्या और कैसी होगी?

2011 में उत्तरी अफ्रीका के अरब देशों में जो चिंगारी टूनिशिया से शुरू हुई थी, उसकी लपट एशिया के अरब देशों तक भी पहुँची थी। उस अरब स्प्रिंग की लपेट में आए देशों की हकीकतें एक बार समझ लें। टूनिशिया में ही मामला कुछ ठीक है, मिस्त्र कई संघर्षों से गुजरा है, सीरिया, लीबिया बर्बाद हो चुके हैं।

जिस वक्त बांग्लादेश में जेन-जी सड़कों पर उतरा हुआ था, उस वक्त वे तमाम लोग; सिर्फ भारत के ही नहीं, दूसरे दक्षिण एशियाई देशों के भी; जिनकी राजनीतिक समझ की मैं कायल हूँ. वे सब एक सुर में कह रहे थे कि ऑर्गेनिक है। मगर मैं सशंकित थी। क्या हुआ?

ईरान में शाह के शासन से त्रस्त ईरानियों ने वामपंथियों के साथ मिलकर तख्ता पलट कर दिया, फिर क्या हुआ? कट्टरपंथी सत्ता में आ गए और वामपंथियों को जेल, सजा औऱ निर्वासन मिला। ऐसा क्यों हुआ? क्योंकि क्रांति के बाद की कोई रणनीति नहीं थी।

बस बदलाव चाहिए, बदलाव की दिशा क्या और कैसी होगी? इस पर कोई विचार नहीं किया गया। ये ऐसा है कि एक को उतारकर किसी भी अलते-भलते को पकड़कर सत्ता सौंप दो, क्यों? क्योंकि इस वाले से परेशानी है। मगर ये मत सोचिए कि अगला वाला इस जिम्मेदारी को संभाल पाएगा या नहीं?
