विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति, टीटीपीएस-ललपनिया का तीसरा सम्मेलन संपन्न

ललपनिया: विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति, गोमिया_टीटीपीएस-ललपनिया का तीसरा सम्मेलन डुमरी बिहार में संपन्न हुआ। सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता विस्थापित नेता भीम महतो ने की, जबकि संचालन सहदेव महतो ने किया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत झंडोत्तोलन के साथ हुई। सम्मेलन में नई कमेटी का गठन किया गया, जिसमें लखन महतो को अध्यक्ष, राजेंद्र प्रजापति को कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष, विनय महतो एवं सहदेव महतो को सचिव तथा कोषाध्यक्ष चुना गया।

सम्मेलन में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित सीटू के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष रामचंद्र ठाकुर ने कहा कि विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति, टीटीपीएस-ललपनिया का यह सम्मेलन पूर्व सचिव श्यामसुंदर महतो को हमेशा याद करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि डुमरी बिहार से टीटीपीएस तक रेल पथ निर्माण में हुए विस्थापितों के अधिकारों के लिए समिति लगातार संघर्ष करती रही है। समिति के संघर्ष का ही परिणाम है कि दर्जनों विस्थापितों को नियोजन मिला तथा गांवों में विकास कार्य हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अब फिर से संगठन को मजबूत कर मुआवजा, नियोजन और ग्रामीण विकास जैसी लंबित मांगों के लिए संघर्ष तेज करना होगा।

विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित सीटू राज्य कमेटी सदस्य सह विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति, गोमिया के सचिव राकेश कुमार ने कहा कि पूरे क्षेत्र में विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति अपनी अलग पहचान बना रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सम्मेलन विस्थापितों के संघर्ष को नई दिशा देगा। उन्होंने उपस्थित लोगों से संघर्ष के लिए तैयार रहने का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि उनके आंदोलन के नेतृत्व के लिए संगठन पूरी तरह तैयार है।

उन्होंने बताया कि टीटीपीएस-ललपनिया से प्रेरणा लेकर गोमिया में रेल ओवरब्रिज से प्रभावित लोगों ने भी विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति, गोमिया का गठन किया है। साथ ही कहा कि बहुत जल्द समिति टीटीपीएस प्रबंधन को मांग पत्र सौंपकर नए आंदोलन की शुरुआत करेगी। उन्होंने प्रबंधन से विस्थापितों की लंबित मांगों पर सकारात्मक पहल करने की अपील की।

सम्मेलन में नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष लखन महतो, कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष राजेंद्र प्रजापति तथा सचिव विनय महतो और सहदेव महतो ने संयुक्त रूप से कहा कि क्षेत्र के विस्थापित एकजुट हैं और अपनी मांगों को लेकर संघर्ष के लिए तैयार हैं।

इस अवसर पर अरुण प्रजापति, रीतलाल प्रजापति, बबुआ मांझी, उपेंद्र सिंह, मनोज महतो, राजेश पासवान, हरिचरण सिंह, नरेश चौधरी, बुधनी देवी, नुनी बिला देवी, रतनी देवी सहित बड़ी संख्या में विस्थापित उपस्थित थे।
