गोमिया_ईद-उल-जुहा से एक दिन पहले मनाए जाने वाले यौम-ए-अरफा को लेकर मुस्लिम समुदाय में खास उत्साह देखा जा रहा है। इस अवसर पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग रोजा रखकर इबादत करेंगे। इस्लामी मान्यता के अनुसार यौम-ए-अरफा का रोजा बेहद फज़ीलत वाला माना जाता है और इसे रखने से पिछले तथा आने वाले एक साल के गुनाह माफ होने की उम्मीद जताई गई है।
गोमिया प्रखंड अवस्थित आईईएल जामा मस्जिद के इमाम साहब मुफ्ति काशिफ रजा ने प्रेस को बताया कि ज़िलहिज्जा महीने की 9 तारीख को यौम-ए-अरफा मनाया जाता है। हज पर गए लाखों मुसलमान इसी दिन मैदान-ए-अरफात में वकूफ करते हैं, जबकि दुनियाभर के मुसलमान रोजा रखकर अल्लाह की इबादत करते हैं। मस्जिदों और घरों में कुरानखानी, तस्बीह, दुआ और नफ्ल इबादत का विशेष इंतजाम किया गया है।
स्थानीय उलेमाओं ने लोगों से अधिक से अधिक इबादत करने, गरीबों और जरूरतमंदों की मदद करने तथा भाईचारे और अमन-चैन की दुआ करने की अपील की है। वहीं ईद-उल-जोहा को लेकर बाजारों में भी रौनक बढ़ गई है और लोग खरीदारी में जुटे हुए हैं।
