पेपर लीक — प्रधानमंत्री का पदार्पण ?

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने यह बयान देकर कि अब युवाओं के भविष्य की पढ़ाई को तय करने वाली परीक्षाओं में eg NEET आदि वायु सेना के साथ साथ थल सेना की मदद ली जाएगी ।

इस आदमी को देश का प्रधानमंत्री बने 13 वाँ वर्ष शुरू हो चुका लेकिन क्या प्रधानमंत्री को निम्न आंकड़ों की बेसिक जानकारी तक नहीं ?

1.NEET जैसी परीक्षाओं के लिए पूरे देश में 551 परीक्षा केंद्र हैं जहां एयरफोर्स के जहाजों से परीक्षा के पर्चे एक ही दिन और एक ही समय पर पहुंचाए जाएंगे।

हकीकत ये है कि जहाजों को जमीन पर उतारने के लिए देश में केवल 150 एयरपोर्ट ऑपरेशनल हैं। शेष 4 सौ परीक्षा केंद्रों में पर्चों को क्या हवाई जहाज से जमीन में, खेत-खलिहानों, नदियों, तालाबों, जंगलों में गिरा दिए जाएंगे ?

कितनी मूर्खतापूर्ण बात बोली है प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने !

NEET जैसी परीक्षा भारत के अलावा 14 और देशों में भी होती हैं जिनमें अधिकांश अरब देश हैं। उन देशों में परीक्षा के पर्चे लेकर भारतीय एयरफोर्स के जहाजों को क्या जाने की अनुमति मिलेगी ? मिल भी गई तो 80 प्रतिशत देशों में जाने के लिए भारत को पाकिस्तान के आसमान से होकर जाना पड़ेगा जिस पर लंबे समय से रोक लगी हुई है।

3. परीक्षा केंद्रों पर लोकल राज्य की पुलिस के बजाय आर्मी के सिपाही ड्यूटी देंगे ताकि पेपर लीक होने से बचाये जा सकें ।

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की बुद्धि को क्या कहूँ या उनके सलाहकारों की दुर्बुद्धि को.

जब प्रधानमंत्री स्वयं अपने उक्त बयान को देकर स्वीकार करते हैं कि राज्यों की पुलिस भ्रष्ट है जो पेपर लीक को रोक पाने में असफल है तो क्या यह स्पष्ट नहीं करता कि भाजपा शासित सभी राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री, गृहमंत्री नालायक हैं, जो प्रशासनिक रूप से राज्य को चला पाने में सौ प्रतिशत फिसड्डी साबित हो चुके हैं.

यह सब रोका जा सकता था यदि शिवराज सिंह चौहान के मुख्यमंत्री रहते हुए मध्यप्रदेश में व्यापम कांड से सख्ती से निपटा जाता. उन सभी पेपर लीक करने वालों को आजीवन कारावास जैसी कठोर सजा दी जाती। उस कांड में 50 से अधिक सरकार अधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों ने आत्महत्या की।

अगर मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान, तत्कालीन मध्य प्रदेश के गृह मंत्री और शिक्षा मंत्री को भी जेल भेज दिया जाता तो ये साल भर होने वाली छात्रों एवं बेरोजगार युवकों के होने वाले तमाम परीक्षाओं के पर्चे लीक नहीं होते.
