गुमला: देशभर में केंद्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार, जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा समय-समय पर नशा मुक्ति अभियान चलाए जाते हैं। जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों, रैलियों और जनसंपर्क अभियानों के माध्यम से युवाओं को नशे से दूर रखने का प्रयास किया जाता है। इसके बावजूद नशीले पदार्थों की अवैध तस्करी और नशे के कारोबार पर पूरी तरह अंकुश नहीं लग पा रहा है। ऐसे में यह सवाल लगातार उठ रहा है कि आखिर इसके लिए जिम्मेदार कौन है — सरकार, प्रशासन, अभिभावक, शिक्षक या स्वयं समाज?

समाज के जानकारों का मानना है कि किसी एक पक्ष को दोषी ठहराने के बजाय वर्तमान सामाजिक परिस्थितियों का गंभीरता से विश्लेषण करने की आवश्यकता है। आधुनिक दौर में युवा वर्ग तेजी से इंटरनेट और सोशल मीडिया की दुनिया में खोता जा रहा है। त्वरित सफलता और तेज रफ्तार जीवन की चाह में कई युवा जोखिम भरे कदम उठा रहे हैं। सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में बढ़ती मौतें, नशे की लत, मानसिक तनाव, अवसाद और आत्महत्या जैसी घटनाएं समाज के लिए गंभीर चिंता का विषय बन चुकी हैं।

विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि इसके पीछे सामाजिक ढांचे में आया बदलाव भी एक महत्वपूर्ण कारण है। पहले संयुक्त परिवारों में बच्चों का पालन-पोषण कई लोगों की निगरानी और मार्गदर्शन में होता था। परिवार के बुजुर्ग बच्चों के व्यवहार, शिक्षा और दिनचर्या पर नजर रखते थे, जिससे अनुशासन और सामाजिक मूल्यों का विकास होता था। लेकिन बदलते समय के साथ संयुक्त परिवारों का स्थान एकल परिवारों ने ले लिया है, जहां परिवार अक्सर पति-पत्नी और बच्चों तक सीमित रह गया है।

वर्तमान समय में माता-पिता नौकरी, व्यवसाय या अन्य कार्यों में व्यस्त रहते हैं। ऐसे में बच्चों के साथ बिताया जाने वाला समय कम हो गया है। कई बच्चे छात्रावासों, किराए के मकानों या घर से दूर रहकर पढ़ाई करते हैं, जिससे उन पर प्रत्यक्ष निगरानी कम हो जाती है। ऐसे हालात में गलत संगति, नशे की लत या अन्य भ्रामक गतिविधियों में फंसने का खतरा बढ़ जाता है।

सामाजिक चिंतकों का मानना है कि युवाओं की सुरक्षा और बेहतर भविष्य के लिए केवल सरकार या प्रशासन की भूमिका ही पर्याप्त नहीं है। परिवार, विद्यालय, समाज और स्वयं युवाओं को भी अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन करना होगा। बच्चों के साथ संवाद बढ़ाना, उन्हें सही मार्गदर्शन देना और उनके मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर ध्यान देना समय की सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता बन गई है।

बढ़ती सामाजिक चुनौतियों के बीच यह प्रश्न आज भी बना हुआ है कि आधुनिक परिवेश में युवाओं को सुरक्षित और सकारात्मक दिशा देने के लिए समाज, परिवार और व्यवस्था को मिलकर कितनी गंभीरता से काम करने की जरूरत है। यही वह सवाल है, जिसका जवाब आने वाली पीढ़ियों के भविष्य को तय करेगा।
