जिला स्थापना सह अनुकंपा समिति की बैठक संपन्न

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय प्रकोष्ठ में जिला स्थापना सह अनुकंपा समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों से प्राप्त अनुकंपा नियुक्ति, प्रोन्नति, सेवा संपुष्टि, स्थानांतरण, पदस्थापन एवं अन्य प्रशासनिक मामलों पर विस्तार से विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

बैठक में सामान्य अनुकंपा नियुक्ति के तहत प्राप्त दो प्रस्तावों पर विचार किया गया। इनमें से एक मामले को समिति द्वारा अनुमोदित किया गया, जबकि दूसरे मामले में आवश्यक जांच कर प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करने के बाद अगली बैठक में विचार करने का निर्णय लिया गया। उग्रवादी हिंसा के तहत प्राप्त एक प्रस्ताव पर विचारोपरांत नियमानुसार आवेदन अस्वीकृत किया गया।

एमएसीपीएस के अंतर्गत विभिन्न कार्यालयों से प्राप्त दो प्रोन्नति संबंधी प्रस्तावों पर भी समिति द्वारा विचार किया गया। इनमें से एक प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई, जबकि दूसरे प्रस्ताव पर अगली बैठक में पुनः विचार करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

बैठक के दौरान जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी द्वारा सरकारी माध्यमिक विद्यालय में कार्यरत स्नातक प्रशिक्षित शिक्षक की सेवा संपुष्टि संबंधी प्रस्ताव, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी बसिया द्वारा सेवा संपुष्टि तिथि संशोधन संबंधी प्रस्ताव, जिला पंचायत राज कार्यालय में पदस्थापन एवं अनुसेवक की प्रतिनियुक्ति से संबंधित प्रस्ताव, प्रखंड एवं अंचल कार्यालयों में प्रधान लिपिक, लिपिक एवं अनुसेवक के स्थानांतरण एवं पदस्थापन से जुड़े मामलों सहित विभिन्न प्रशासनिक प्रस्तावों पर विचार किया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न कर्मियों द्वारा चिकित्सीय एवं व्यक्तिगत आधार पर समर्पित स्थानांतरण संबंधी अभ्यावेदनों पर भी समिति ने विचार किया।

बैठक में अन्य प्रशासनिक विषयों एवं विभागीय प्रस्तावों पर भी विचार-विमर्श करते हुए आवश्यक निर्णय लिए गए।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला अखिलेश कुमार, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, एसीएमओ, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालको, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खान, जिला सामान्य शाखा पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
