उपायुक्त ने विभिन्न तकनीकी विभागों की प्रगति की समीक्षा की, लंबित कार्यों को गुणवत्ता के साथ शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में विभिन्न तकनीकी विभागों द्वारा संचालित विकास एवं निर्माण कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विशेष प्रमंडल, लघु सिंचाई विभाग, वाटरवेज, ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग, पथ निर्माण विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्रमंडल, जिला परिषद, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग (जल जीवन मिशन), भवन निर्माण विभाग, एनआरईपी तथा विद्युत विभाग द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की विभागवार समीक्षा की गई।

समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि लंबित निर्माण कार्यों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर गुणवत्ता के साथ पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि विकास योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में किसी प्रकार की शिथिलता स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी तथा सभी कार्यों की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग की जाए।

बैठक में स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों के निर्माण से संबंधित भूमि विवाद के मामलों पर भी विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। भूमि संबंधी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु संबंधित अंचल अधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही विभागों को लंबित भुगतानों का शीघ्र निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

उपायुक्त ने विद्यालय, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र एवं अन्य जनोपयोगी भवनों के निर्माण कार्यों में गुणवत्ता को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्माण कार्यों में गुणवत्ता से किसी प्रकार का समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा तथा संबंधित अभियंता नियमित रूप से कार्यस्थलों का निरीक्षण कर प्रगति की निगरानी करें।

विद्युत विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान सुदूर क्षेत्रों के आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों एवं विद्यालयों में विद्युत आपूर्ति से संबंधित लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि बच्चों एवं लाभुकों को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा सकें

उपायुक्त ने सभी तकनीकी विभागों को निर्माणाधीन योजनाओं का समय-समय पर स्थलीय निरीक्षण सुनिश्चित करने तथा योजनाओं को निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, विभिन्न तकनीकी विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता, सहायक अभियंता तथा अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
