गोमिया–बेरमो थाना क्षेत्र में अवैध कोयला कारोबार के खिलाफ केंद्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल (CISF) ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए करीब 3.730 टन अवैध कोयला जब्त किया है। बरामद कोयला को नियमानुसार सीसीएल प्रबंधन को सौंप दिया गया।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, गोपनीय सूचना तथा ड्रोन निगरानी से प्राप्त वीडियो इनपुट के आधार पर सीसीएल के बी एंड के एरिया में विशेष अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान के दौरान कारो एक्सकैवेशन के पीछे तथा खासमहल क्षेत्र में छापेमारी कर अवैध रूप से संग्रहित लगभग 3.730 टन कोयला बरामद किया गया।
CISF अधिकारियों ने बताया कि क्षेत्र में अवैध कोयला खनन और तस्करी पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए लगातार निगरानी और कार्रवाई की जा रही है। ड्रोन सर्विलांस एवं तकनीक आधारित निगरानी के माध्यम से अवैध गतिविधियों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण स्थापित करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
इस कार्रवाई के बाद अवैध कोयला कारोबार से जुड़े लोगों में हड़कंप मच गया है। CISF की सतर्कता, मजबूत आसूचना तंत्र और त्वरित कार्रवाई से कोयला चोरी में संलिप्त असामाजिक तत्वों के मनोबल पर असर पड़ा है।
अभियान में सहायक कमांडेंट वर्पे सार्थक बाबाजी, निरीक्षक एस.आर. नायक, सब-इंस्पेक्टर संतोष कुमार तिवारी, प्रधान आरक्षक संदीप कुमार, सीसीएल सुरक्षा कर्मियों तथा अन्य CISF जवानों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।
