तेनुघाट रजिस्ट्री कार्यालय मे कोबरा मिलने से मची अफरा-तफ

गोमिया–गुरुवार सुबह तेनुघाट रजिस्ट्री कार्यालय में उस समय अफरा-तफरी मच गई जब कार्यालय खुलते ही एक जहरीला कोबरा सांप दिखाई दिया। सांप के दिखते ही कर्मचारियों में हड़कंप मच गया और सभी एहतियातन कार्यालय से बाहर निकल गए।
जानकारी के अनुसार, कार्यालय कर्मी पंकज कुमार जब अवर निबंधन पदाधिकारी के कक्ष में पहुंचे तो उन्होंने देखा कि एक कोबरा सांप फन फैलाकर फुंफकार मार रहा है। कार्यालय में टाइल्स लगी होने के कारण सांप तेजी से इधर-उधर नहीं जा पा रहा था, जिससे उसे नियंत्रित करना अपेक्षाकृत आसान रहा।
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही कथारा निवासी एवं प्रशिक्षित सर्प रेस्क्यूअर राजू कुमार यादव को बुलाया गया। मौके पर पहुंचकर उन्होंने सावधानीपूर्वक कोबरा को पकड़कर एक जार में सुरक्षित बंद किया और बाद में उसे जंगल में छोड़ दिया।
राजू कुमार यादव ने बताया कि वह पिछले सात-आठ वर्षों से सांपों का रेस्क्यू कार्य कर रहे हैं। अब तक वे तीन से चार हजार से अधिक सांपों को सुरक्षित पकड़कर जंगलों में छोड़ चुके हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि पकड़ा गया कोबरा अत्यंत विषैला था। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि सांप पकड़ना बेहद जोखिम भरा कार्य है। उचित प्रशिक्षण और जानकारी के बिना किसी भी व्यक्ति को ऐसे प्रयास नहीं करने चाहिए, अन्यथा जान का खतरा हो सकता है।
इधर, कार्यालय पहुंचने पर अवर निबंधन पदाधिकारी रितु रंजन कुमार ने राजू कुमार यादव को उनकी तत्परता और साहसिक कार्य के लिए सम्मानित करते हुए धन्यवाद दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि समय पर सांप को पकड़ लिए जाने से किसी संभावित दुर्घटना को टाला जा सका।
