गुमला: ‘परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार’ अभियान का शानदार आगाज, नवागढ़ पंचायत में उमड़ी भीड़

चालान काटने वाला विभाग अब गांव-गांव जाकर बना रहा ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, डीटीओ ने अपने हाथों से बांटे लर्निंग लाइसेंस

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित रायडीह प्रखंड मुख्यालय में, झारखंड सरकार के परिवहन विभाग द्वारा शुरू किए गए अनोखा कार्यक्रम “परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार”* उक्त महा-अभियान के तहत गुमला जिले के रायडीह प्रखंड स्थित नवागढ़ पंचायत से ऐतिहासिक शुरुआत आज हुई। जिस परिवहन विभाग की पहचान आमतौर पर केवल चालान काटने और जुर्माना वसूलने वाले विभाग के रूप में होती है, उक्त विभाग जिले के विभिन्न पंचायत स्तर पर कैंप लगाकर लोगों के ड्राइविंग और लर्निंग लाइसेंस बनवाता नजर आया। इस नई पहल का लाभ उठाने के लिए नवागढ़ पंचायत भवन में सुबह से ही ग्रामीणों की भारी भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी।

अब गुमला जिलावासियों को अपने लर्निंग लाइसेंस के लिए जिला मुख्यालय के चक्कर काटने की अब जरूरत नहीं है।

उक्त कैंप में ऑन-दा -स्पॉट हुई पूरी प्रक्रिया
नवागढ़ पंचायत भवन में सुबह 11 बजे से शुरू हुए इस उक्त कैंप में दस्तावेजों की जांच से लेकर लर्निंग टेस्ट तक—सब कुछ ऑन-स्पॉट किया गया। परिवहन विभाग के कर्मियों ने मौके पर ही आवेदकों के दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन किया और उनका कंप्यूटर – फॉर्म आधारित लर्निंग टेस्ट लिया।

इस अवसर पर जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ( डीटीओ ) सत्येन्द्र महतो विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने टेस्ट पास करने वाले ग्रामीणों को अपने हाथों से लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्रदान कर उनका उत्साह बढ़ाया। इस मौके पर पंचायत की मुखिया, सचिव, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी ( बीडीओ ) प्रधान हांसदा, ब्लॉक स्तरीय कर्मी भी व्यवस्था संभालते दिखे । जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सत्येंद्र महतो के साथ मोटर यान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह, प्रदीप तिर्की,के साथ पूरा परिवहन कार्यालय मौके पर उपस्थित था ।

डीटीओ की अपील: पहले करें ऑनलाइन आवेदन
जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सत्येन्द्र महतो ने सभी ग्रामवासियों से आग्रह किया है कि वे लाइसेंस बनवाने वाले कैंप में आने से पहले अपना ऑनलाइन आवेदन जरूर कर लें। उन्होंने कहा कि लोग अपने नजदीकी प्रज्ञा केंद्र या किसी ऑनलाइन दुकान के माध्यम से *sarathi.parivahan.gov.in (सारथी पोर्टल)* पर जाकर फॉर्म भरें और उसके बाद ही प्रिंटेड फॉर्म व दस्तावेजों के साथ पंचायत भवन पहुंचें। *jhdlrcpayment.rosmertatech.com* पर लर्निंग लाइसेंस का शुल्क वाला रिसिप्ट भी लगा लेना है ।

कैंप में आने वाले आवेदकों के लिए जरूरी जानकारी
समय: सुबह 11:00 बजे से दोपहर 03:00 बजे तक।
जरूरी दस्तावेज (अपने साथ जरूर लाएं)।
पहचान व पते का प्रमाण: आधार कार्ड एवं निवास प्रमाण पत्र।
आयु का प्रमाण: वोटर आईडी कार्ड या 10वीं कक्षा की मार्कशीट।
अन्य आवश्यकताएं: पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो और अपने ब्लड ग्रुप (Blood Group) की सही जानकारी।

फीस का भुगतान (केवल ऑनलाइन):
कैंप में नकद लेन-देन नहीं किया जा रहा है। आवेदन शुल्क सिर्फ ऑनलाइन माध्यम से लिया जा रहा है। इसलिए आवेद आदि) की सुविधा वाला मोबाइल या एटीएम कार्ड जरूर लाएं।

परिवहन विभाग की यह पहल आम जनता के लिए एक बड़ी राहत बनकर आई है। नवागढ़ से शुरू हुआ यह अभियान आने वाले दिनों में जिले की अन्य पंचायतों में भी आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिससे सुदूर ग्रामीण इलाकों के लोगों को भी यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक करते हुए उन्हें आसानी से लाइसेंस उपलब्ध कराया जा सके।
