पोस्टमार्टम के बाद परिजनों को सौंपा गया शव, पुलिस मामले की गहन जांच में जुटी
गुमला : गुमला जिले के सिसई थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत पोढ़ा नागफेनी गांव में अंधविश्वास की एक दर्दनाक घटना सामने आई है। डायन-बिसाही के शक में 75 वर्षीय वृद्ध सीताराम खड़िया की कुल्हाड़ी से हमला कर निर्मम हत्या कर दी गई। घटना के बाद पूरे गांव में दहशत का माहौल है।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार शनिवार को सीताराम खड़िया अपने घर में भोजन कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान कुछ लोग हथियार लेकर उनके घर पहुंचे और उन पर कुल्हाड़ी से ताबड़तोड़ हमला कर दिया। गंभीर चोट लगने से उनकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही सिसई थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेज दिया। पोस्टमार्टम की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया।
पुलिस ने बताया कि प्रारंभिक जांच में मामला अंधविश्वास और डायन-बिसाही के शक से जुड़ा प्रतीत हो रहा है। पूरे मामले की विभिन्न पहलुओं से गहन जांच की जा रही है तथा आरोपियों की पहचान कर उनकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए कार्रवाई जारी है।
पुलिस ने लोगों से अंधविश्वास से दूर रहने और किसी भी विवाद या संदेह की स्थिति में कानून का सहारा लेने की अपील की है।
