गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट मद अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 एवं 2026-27 के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत, निर्माणाधीन एवं पूर्ण योजनाओं की विभागवार अद्यतन स्थिति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी कार्यपालक अभियंताओं को निर्देश दिया कि निर्माणाधीन योजनाओं को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर गुणवत्तापूर्ण तरीके से पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन स्थलों पर कार्य संचालित हैं, वहां संबंधित कार्यपालक अभियंता नियमित रूप से मॉनिटरिंग एवं स्थलीय निरीक्षण करें, ताकि कार्यों की गुणवत्ता एवं प्रगति पर सतत निगरानी बनी रहे।
उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि डीएमएफटी अंतर्गत स्वीकृत योजनाओं का अद्यतन अभिलेख संधारित करें। प्रत्येक योजना में अब तक हुए व्यय, शेष उपलब्ध राशि तथा कार्यों की वर्तमान स्थिति का अद्यतन विवरण नियमित रूप से तैयार रखा जाए, ताकि योजनाओं की प्रभावी समीक्षा एवं वित्तीय प्रबंधन सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
बैठक में ग्रामीण विकास विशेष प्रमंडल, लघु सिंचाई प्रमंडल, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल, जिला परिषद, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण नियोजन कार्यक्रम तथा ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग सहित विभिन्न अभियंत्रण विभागों की योजनाओं की समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने विशेष रूप से लंबित एवं निर्माणाधीन योजनाओं में तेजी लाने तथा सभी प्रक्रियाओं को समयबद्ध रूप से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।
समीक्षा के दौरान विभागवार प्रगति की जानकारी दी गई। ग्रामीण विकास विशेष प्रमंडल में 27 योजनाएं निर्माणाधीन, 17 योजनाएं निविदा/एकरारनामा की प्रक्रिया में तथा 3 योजनाएं पूर्ण हो चुकी हैं। जिला परिषद के अंतर्गत 4 योजनाएं निर्माणाधीन एवं 14 योजनाएं पूर्ण हैं। लघु सिंचाई प्रमंडल में 2 योजनाएं निर्माणाधीन तथा 7 योजनाएं पूर्ण हो चुकी हैं। पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल में 6 योजनाएं निर्माणाधीन एवं 21 योजनाएं पूर्ण हैं। राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण नियोजन कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत 2 योजनाएं निर्माणाधीन तथा 1 योजना पूर्ण है। वहीं ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग, कार्य प्रमंडल द्वारा 16 योजनाएं पूर्ण की जा चुकी हैं।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि डीएमएफटी की योजनाओं का उद्देश्य खनन प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में आधारभूत सुविधाओं एवं जनकल्याणकारी सेवाओं का सुदृढ़ीकरण करना है। ऐसे में सभी संबंधित विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए योजनाओं को शीघ्र पूर्ण करें, ताकि आमजन को इनका लाभ समय पर प्राप्त हो सके।
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, डीएसपी मुख्यालय, कार्यपालक अभियंता पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल , कार्यपालक अभियंता लघु सिंचाई प्रमंडल (एम आई ), भवन प्रमंडल, ग्रामीण विकास विशेष प्रमंडल सहित विभिन्न अभियंत्रण विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता, सहायक अभियंता तथा संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
