ईविद्यावाहिनी में शिक्षक एवं छात्र उपस्थिति दर्ज करना अनिवार्य, लापरवाही पर होगी कार्रवाई

गुमला : – गुमला जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सह जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना, गुमला कविता खलखो द्वारा जिले के सभी प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी-सह-निकासी एवं व्ययन पदाधिकारी, क्षेत्र शिक्षा पदाधिकारी एवं सभी लेखापाल-सह-कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर तथा प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी को निर्देश जारी करते हुए ई-विद्यावाहिनी पोर्टल पर शिक्षकों, शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों, सहायक अध्यापकों एवं छात्र-छात्राओं की ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति शत-प्रतिशत दर्ज कराने का आदेश दिया गया है।

यह निर्देश स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग, झारखंड सरकार के पूर्व आदेश तथा सचिव की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग में दिए गए निर्देशों के आलोक में जारी किया गया है। जारी पत्र में कहा गया है कि जिले के सरकारी एवं सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों में वर्ष 2026 में शिक्षकों की औसत उपस्थिति 82.85 प्रतिशत तथा छात्र-छात्राओं की औसत उपस्थिति 63.21 प्रतिशत दर्ज की गई है, जिसे बढ़ाने के लिए उच्च स्तरीय निदेशानुसार विशेष कार्ययोजना लागू की जा रही है।

विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि ई-विद्यावाहिनी पोर्टल पर शिक्षकों एवं विद्यार्थियों की दैनिक ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति दर्ज करना अनिवार्य है, लेकिन कई विद्यालयों द्वारा अब भी नियमित रूप से उपस्थिति दर्ज नहीं की जा रही है। सभी प्रखंड को साप्ताहिक रूप से अनुपस्थिति की व्यापक रूप से समीक्षा करते हुए लापरवाह शिक्षकों पर प्रत्येक सप्ताह कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं ।

निर्देश के अनुसार प्रखंड स्तर पर एमआईएस समन्वयक एवं कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर प्रतिदिन पोर्टल से उपस्थिति विवरण डाउनलोड कर उसकी समीक्षा करेंगे तथा प्रखंड स्तरीय व्हाट्सएप समूह में साझा करेंगे। निकासी एवं व्ययन पदाधिकारी के द्वारा शिक्षकों की ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति के सत्यापन के आधार पर ही संबंधित शिक्षकों एवं सहायक अध्यापकों के वेतन एवं मानदेय का भुगतान सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।

पत्र में यह भी निर्देश दिया गया है कि सभी शिक्षक एवं प्रधानाध्यापक किसी भी प्रकार के अवकाश के लिए केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से ही आवेदन करेंगे। ऑफलाइन अथवा अन्य किसी अन्य माध्यम से प्राप्त अवकाश आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी-सह-जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, गुमला ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को इन निर्देशों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराने का निर्देश दिया है। साथ ही प्रत्येक सप्ताह एवं प्रत्येक माह विद्यालयवार उपस्थिति की समीक्षा करने तथा लगातार अनुपस्थित पाए जाने वाले शिक्षकों के विरुद्ध आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है।
