प्रतिबंधित अवैध मादक पदार्थ तस्करों से 82 किलो गांजा के साथ पांच तस्करों को गिरफ्तार करते हुए , उनके पास से ₹80000 नगद और दो वाहन भी जप्त किए हैं

गुमला : – गुमला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां के द्वारा पूरे गुमला जिला में नशे के विरुद्ध चलाए गए अभियान के तहत और विशेषकर प्रतिबंध अवैध गांजा के मंडी ( बाजार ) अंतर राज्य स्टेट उड़ीसा से उक्त प्रतिबंध अवैध गांजे का तस्करी काफी जोर – शोर से चलाया जाता है, जिसके तहत प्रतिबंधित अवैध गांजा की तस्करी गुमला जिला बॉर्डर क्षेत्र पारकर और झारखंड राज्य में प्रवेश कराकर अपने गंतव्य स्थानों पर ले जाते हैं, उक्त प्रतिबंधित अवैध गांजा का व्यापार और अन्य मादक पदार्थ का तस्करी उड़ीसा राज्य और मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ तक झारखंड क्षेत्र का बॉर्डर पारकर,उक्त प्रतिबंध नशीले पदार्थो की तस्करी का तार जुड़ा हुआ है, जिसे रोकने के उद्देश्य से ही गुमला जिला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां ने अवैध प्रतिबंधित मादक पदार्थो के तस्करों पर नकेल कश दी है, फिर भी समय-समय पर उक्त अवैध प्रतिबंध मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी का मामला सामने आ जाता है , इसी क्रम में पालकोट थाना पुलिस ने अवैध प्रतिबंधित मादक पदार्थ 82 किलो गांजा, ₹80,000 ( ₹80 हजार ) नगद, और दो वाहनों को जप्त करने में सफलता हासिल की हैं ।

पालकोट पुलिस ने उक्त मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए, लगभग 82 किलो गांजा के साथ पांच तस्करों को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस ने उनके कब्जे से दो वाहन और 80 हजार रुपये नकद भी बरामद किए हैं। सभी आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर और न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत करते हुए, न्यायिक हिरासत में लेकर गुमला जेल भेज दिया हैं।

गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में चतरा जिले के हंटरगंज थाना क्षेत्र के बलूरी निवासी जितेंद्र कुमार, बिहार के गया जिले के इमामगंज थाना क्षेत्र के शाहपुर निवासी अभिषेक कुमार तिवारी, उत्तर प्रदेश के भदोही जिले के चौरी थाना क्षेत्र के बेदमपुर निवासी सत्यराज पाल, गया के विष्णुपद थाना क्षेत्र के बाईपास मानपुर निवासी बबलू कुमार और गया के रामपुर थाना क्षेत्र के गेवाल बीघा निवासी मो. दानिश शामिल हैं। थाना प्रभारी विश्वजीत चेतन ने बताया कि पालकोट-सिमडेगा मार्ग स्थित बंगरू नदी पुल के समीप एंटी क्राइम वाहन जांच अभियान चलाया जा रहा था। इसी क्रम में पालकोट थाना पुलिस ने 82 किलो गांजा 80 हजार रुपया नकद व दो वाहन भी जब्त किया है, उक्त तस्कर ओडिशा से गांजा लेकर बिहार जा रहे थे, इसी क्रम में पालकोट थाना पुलिस द्वारा
एक स्कॉर्पियो और उसके पीछे चल रही आई-10 कार को जांच के लिए रोका गया। पुलिस को देखकर दोनों वाहनों में सवार अवैध गांजा तस्कर घबरा गए, जिससे पुलिस को और संदेह बढ़ गया, फलस्वरूप उक्त दोनों वाहनों की गहन तलाशी ली गई। तलाशी के दौरान आई -10 कार से भारी मात्रा में गांजा बरामद हुआ। इसकी सूचना तत्काल वरीय पुलिस अधिकारियों को दी गई जिस पर, गुमला जिला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां के निर्देश पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए, बसिया एसडीपीओ शिवशंकर मरांडी और थाना प्रभारी विश्वजीत चेतन मौके पर पहुंचे और गहराई से पूछताछ में आरोपितों ने स्वीकार किया कि गांजा की खेप उड़ीसा से खरीदकर बिहार ले जाई जा रही थी। जिसमें करीब 82 किलो गांजा बरामद हुआ। इसके अलावा 80 हजार रुपये नकद और दोनों वाहनों को भी जब्त कर लिया गया। आरोपितों के विरुद्ध एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई पूरी की गई।
