महिला से छेड़छाड़, मारपीट और जबरन गाड़ी में बैठाकर ले जाने के आरोप में युवक गिरफ्तार

गोमिया_^गोमिया थाना क्षेत्र के हजारी पंचायत अंतर्गत पटवा बस्ती में महिला के साथ छेड़छाड़, पीछा कर परेशान करने, गाली-गलौज, मारपीट और जबरन गाड़ी में बैठाकर ले जाने के आरोप में पुलिस ने 32 वर्षीय युवक को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया। गिरफ्तार आरोपी की पहचान भोला शंकर उर्फ शंकर दयाल कुमार (32 वर्ष), पिता महेश प्रसाद, निवासी हजारी पटवा बस्ती, थाना गोमिया, जिला बोकारो के रूप में हुई है।
पुलिस के अनुसार, वादिनी के लिखित आवेदन के आधार पर गोमिया थाना में कांड संख्या 124/2026, दिनांक 23 सितंबर 2026 को बीएनएस की धारा 74/78/87/351(2)/352/115(2)/126(2) के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया। शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया है कि आरोपी ने महिला का पीछा कर उसे परेशान किया तथा जबरन गाड़ी में बैठाकर अपने साथ ले गया। इस दौरान उसके साथ गाली-गलौज और मारपीट भी की गई।
बताया गया कि घटना 20 सितंबर की रात की है। पीड़िता गणेश पूजा का मेला देखने मायके साड़म गई थी। आरोप है कि रात करीब 11:30 बजे आरोपी उसके घर के पास पहुंचा और गाली-गलौज करते हुए उसे बाहर बुलाया। घर से बाहर आने के बाद आरोपी ने उसे जबरन मोटरसाइकिल पर बैठा लिया। इसके बाद रास्ते में उसके साथ कथित रूप से छेड़छाड़ और मारपीट की गई तथा कुछ दूरी पर उसे छोड़कर आरोपी फरार हो गया।
पीड़िता ने पुलिस को दिए आवेदन में यह भी आरोप लगाया कि घटना की जानकारी किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को देने पर आरोपी ने उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दी। घटना के बाद उसने गोमिया थाना पहुंचकर लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई।
थाना प्रभारी पु०अ०नि० प्रफुल्ल कुमार महतो ने बताया कि शिकायत मिलने के बाद पुलिस ने मामले की जांच करते हुए प्राथमिकी दर्ज की और घटना के 24 घंटे के अंदर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। आवश्यक कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के बाद आरोपी को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया।
गिरफ्तारी दल में गोमिया थाना प्रभारी प्रफुल्ल कुमार महतो, स०अ०नि० अखिलेश कुमार सहित गोमिया थाना के सशस्त्र बल के जवान शामिल थे। पुलिस के अनुसार मामले से जुड़े अन्य तथ्यों की जांच जारी है।
