मन्नतें पूरी करते है ये झारखंडी बाबा

गिरिडीह से करीब ४० किलोमीटर दूर खरगडीहा स्थित लगटा बाबा का मजार है | कहा जाता है की एक बार लंगटा बाबा अपने साथी संत साधुओं के साथ यात्रा मे जा रहे थे , रास्ते में खरगडीहा पहुँचते ही लंगटा बाबा का मन्न हुआ की ध्यान यही लगया जाए, और लंगटा बाबा यही रुक गए खरगडीहा के थाना के बगल मे वह अपना ध्यान लगाने लगे जिसके वजह से उस वक़्त के पुलिस कर्मी ने लंगटा बाबा को बहुत परेशान किया फिर भी बाबा उसी जगह पर अड़े रहे, पुलिस को लंगटा बाबा पागल लगते थे क्योंकि वह लिबास नही पहनते थे इस वजह से पुलिस बाबा को वहां से भागना चाहते थे लेकिन बाबा को वहीं ध्यान करना था इसलिए वे उसी जगह डटे रहे, धीरे धीरे आस पास के लोग बाबा को पसंद करने लगे और बाबा को पास में ही एक निश्चित स्थान दिए, जहां पर बाबा अपना ध्यान अच्छा से लगा सके, समय बीतता चला गया और 25/01/1910 ईo मे लंगटा बाबा दुनिया से चल बसे . लेकिन तब तक बाबा को इस क्षेत्र के सारे लोग चाहने लगे थे इसलिए जिस जगह पर वो रहते थे उसी जगह पर लोगों ने बाबा की समाधि बना दी . जिसे दुनिया आज लंगटा बाबा की समाधी के नाम से जानती है | अब बाबा की याद में पौ पूर्णिमा मे मेला लगाया जाता है, यहाँ बाबा की समाधि पर मन्नत मांगने, चादर चढ़ाने और बाबा की दर्शन करने राज्य के हर कोने से लोग हजारों की तादात मे आते है हालत ये हो जाती है की बाबा की दर्शन के लिए 2KM की लाइन लग जाती है फिर भी लोग इसी तादाद मे आते है और बाबा की दर्शन कर चादर चढ़ा जाते है, संत साधुओं के एक मिशाल मे से एक लंगटा बाबा भी मिसाल है। लोगों का कहना है की बाबा के दर से कोई खाली नहीं जाता और बाबा सबकी मन्नते पूरी करते है अगर आप गिरिडीह जाए तो एक बार बाबा के दर्शन जरूर करें |
