हेमंत ने ऑपरेशन लोटस की हवा जरूर निकाल दी, पर खतरा अभी टला नहीं, वार-प्रहार का दौर जारी रहेगा

भाजपा विधायक दल के नेता बाबूलाल मरांडी सहित तमाम विपक्ष के नेताओं ने हेमंत सरकार के विश्वासमत पेश करने की जरूरत पर सवाल उठाया और सदन में सरकार को घेरने की कोशिश की. कहा गया कि राज्यपाल या कोर्ट या विपक्ष द्वारा सरकार को विश्वासमत हासिल करने को नहीं कहा था. लेकिन सदन के नेता और मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन विपक्ष के वार करने से पूर्व ही जमकर हमला बोल दिया. सोमवार को विशेष सत्र शुरू होते ही हेमंत सोरेन अपने खिलाफ चल रहे ऑपरेशन लोटस की आज हवा निकाल दी. यहां तक कि सीएम ने राजभवन को भी नहीं बख्शा. राज्य के राज्यपाल के बारे में कहा कि राज्यपाल पीछे के दरवाजे से निकल गए. समरीलाल के बारे में सीएम ने कहा कि वो फर्जी सर्टिफिकेट लेकर सदस्य बने हुए हैं. उसपर चुनाव आयोग ने अभी तक कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की?

निशिकांत ने अगस्त तक सरकार की उम्र बतायी थी
यह ठीक है कि झारखंड में पहली बार सरकार को सदन में विश्वास रहते हुए भी विश्वासमत हासिल करना पड़ा. यह झारखंड का इतिहास बना. लेकिन यह सवाल सुनने-समझने में भले आसान लगे पर ऐसा है नहीं. दरअसल 2019 में सरकार से बेदखल होने के बाद भाजपा ने यह कहना शुरू कर दिया था कि यह सरकार चंद दिनों की मेहमान है. उन्हें लगा कि कांग्रेस या झामुमो के 12-15 विधायकों को तोड़कर सरकार गिरा दी जाएगी. इसके लिए पिछले साल जुलाई माह से ही प्रयास किया जाने लगा था. खासकर गोड्डा के सांसद निशिकांत दुबे का यह ट्वीट कि अगस्त माह तक ही इस सरकार की उम्र है. आज 5 सितंबर हो गया. लेकिन सरकार पर कोई आंच नहीं आई. विश्वासमत के बाद भाजपा की भारी फजीहत हुई है. अब वह पूरी तरह से बैकफुट पर है.

जल्द ही लिफाफे का मजमून पता चल जाएगा
यह भी सही है कि भ्रष्टाचार के कई मामलों में शिबू सोरेन, हेमंत सोरेन, बसंत सोरेन के अलावा उनके विधायक प्रतिनिधि पंकज मिश्र, प्रेस सलाहकार अभिषेक प्रसाद पिंटू और कांग्रेस के मंत्री आलमगीर आलम पर ईडी, सीबीआई और आईटी जैसी जांच एजेंसियों की वक्रदृष्टि है. अभी भी कई लोग रडार पर हैं, जिनका संबंध सीधे सरकार और सीएमओ से है. अब जांच का दायरा और बढ़ेगा. इनमें सरकारी दलालों और कई आईएएस और आईपीएस के फंसने की उम्मीद है. विश्वासमत हासिल कर लेने मात्र से ऑपरेशन लोटस खत्म नहीं होनेवाला है. राजभवन का बंद लिफाफा भले 10-12 दिनों बाद भी नहीं खुला. लेकिन जल्द ही लिफाफे का मजमून पता चल ही जाएगा.
अंतत: महागठबंधन में फूट नहीं पड़ी
अलबत्ता, चुनाव आयोग के राज्यपाल को लिखे पत्र को मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया में लीक कर सरकार को अस्थिर करने की भरपूर कोशिश की गई. महागठबंधन में फूट डालने और विधायकों की खरीद-फरोख्त को अंजाम देना बताया जा रहा है. इस बात पर भाजपा कोई ठोस जवाब नहीं दे पायी कि खदान के लीज वाले मामले में शिकायत मिलने के बाद चुनाव आयोग ने जांच कर यदि हेमंत सोरेन की विधायकी खत्म करने की सिफारिश की तो, इसका खुलासा राज्यपाल ने अबतक क्यों नहीं किया? सोशल मीडिया और अखबारों में यह कहा गया कि निर्वाचन आयोग की तरफ से सदस्यता रद्द कर दी गयी है. लेकिन राजभवन का वह लिफाफा खुलने में देरी की वजह सरकार पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ा है, यही विश्वासमत का तकाजा था, जो आज पूरा हो गया.

तीन के अलावा और कितने माननीयों को प्रलोभन दिया गया?

सीएम ने असम के सीएम हिमंत विस्व सरमा पर विधायकों की खरीद-फरोख्त का आरोप मढ़ दिया, पर यह नहीं बताया कि उन्होंने महागठबंधन के और कितने माननीयों को प्रलोभन दिया था? हालांकि कैशकांड में फंसे तीन विधायकों ने अभी तक जांच एजेंसी या कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट में यह नहीं बताया या उनसे अभी तक यह नहीं पूछा गया कि और कितने माननीयों को प्रलोभन दिया गया था. उनके नाम भी उजागर होने चाहिए. कांग्रेस प्रभारी अविनाश कुमार और प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राजेश ठाकुर ने भी अबतक यह सवाल नहीं उठाया है. सीएम ने सदन में जब असम के सीएम पर खरीद-फरोख्त का आरोप लगाया तो, उन्हें उनसे यह भी पूछना चाहिए था कि वे बताएं कि और कितने माननीयों ने उनसे संपर्क साधा था. आखिर मात्र तीन विधायकों से तो सरकार का गिरना संभव नहीं था. कम से कम और नौ माननीय भी संपर्क में जरूर होंगे. दिलचस्प बात ये है कि उन अन्य नौ विधायकों के बारे में विपक्ष ने भी सवाल नहीं किया. इस वाजिब सवाल का सत्ता के गलियारे में इसका जवाब मिलना चाहिए. वैसे देर-सबेर यह पता जरूर चल जाएगा कि ऑपरेशन लोटस के तहत और कितने माननीय पेशगी ले चुके हैं. फिलहाल हमें इसका इंतजार करना होगा.
