गिरिडीह : पचंबा थाना कांड संख्या 80/23 के सूचक एवं थाना प्रभारी के विरुद्ध कारवाई करने व निर्दोष दीपक गोस्वामी को रिहाई व कैद कर रखे गए नाबालिग युवती को मुक्त कराने की मांग को लेकर पिछले पांच दिनों से भूख हड़ताल पर बैठे किसानों की सुध लेने जब कोई प्रशासनिक अधिकारी नहीं पहुंचा तो मंगलवार को आक्रोशित किसान मंच के सदस्यों ने “न्याय दो या जेल भेजो आंदोलन” कार्यक्रम के तहत टावर चौक के पास मुख्य सड़क जाम किया और गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजने की मांग करने लगे। जाम की सूचना पाकर एसडीओ, एसडीपीओ, एवं डीएसपी संजय राणा टावर चौक पहुंचे और वार्ता के लिए किसान मंच के प्रतिनिधियों को अनुमंडल कार्यालय आमंत्रित किया। किसान मंच की ओर से वार्ता करने किसान मंच के अध्यक्ष सह अधिवक्ता अवधेश कुमार सिंह, उपाध्यक्ष श्यामू बासके, सचिव विजय कुमार, अन्ना मुर्मू, बॉबी देवी एवं देवचंद्र यादव पहुंचे।

10 आरोपियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी दर्ज की गई

किसान मंच के साथ सभी 9 मांगों पर बिंदुवार चर्चा हुई। डीएसपी ने कहा कि बॉबी देवी द्वारा न्यायालय में जो परिवाद पत्र दायर किया गया था, उसमें मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी पिछले 7 अगस्त को दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता की धारा 156(3) के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर जांच का आदेश दिया था। आज उक्त परिवाद पत्र के आलोक में मनोज ठाकुर सहित सभी 10 आरोपियों के विरुद्ध पचंबा थाना कांड संख्या 106/2023 अंतर्गत धारा 147/148/ 149/ 323/ 307/ 379/504/ 506 आईपीसी दर्ज कर लिया गया है. शीघ्र ही कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश अनुसंधान पदाधिकारी को दे दिया गया है। उन्होंने थाना प्रभारी को तत्काल प्राथमिकी की प्रति किसान मंच के अध्यक्ष सह अधिवक्ता अवधेश कुमार सिंह को उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया। अन्य 8 मांगों पर भी डुमरी विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद शीघ्र कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया।

किसान मंच की ये हैं प्रमुख मांगें

किसान मंच की ओर से कहा गया कि दिए गए आश्वासन के अनुरूप यदि मांगों को पूरा नहीं किया गया तो अबकी बार और वृहद आंदोलन होगा। मंगलवार को 9 मांगों, यथा पचंबा थाना कांड संख्या 80/23 के सूचक मनोज ठाकुर एवं थाना प्रभारी के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करने, निर्दोष दीपक गोस्वामी को रिहा करने एवं बॉबी कुमारी को कैद से मुक्त करवाने की मांग की गई है. इसके अलावा झूठा मुकदमा करनेवाले बेंगाबाद थाना कांड संख्या 125/2023 के सूचक के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई, देवी हज्जाम एवं कट्टी कुम्हार मौजा बरमसिया की जमीन पर भू-माफिया द्वारा जबरदस्ती कब्जे पर रोक लगाने, बेंगाबाद थाना क्षेत्र के लूप्पी निवासी आरती देवी व दुलारी देवी को सुरक्षा एवं न्याय दिलाने, खतियान की नकल देने की समय सीमा तय करने आदि मांगे शामिल हैं. आज के “न्याय दो या जेल भेजो आंदोलन” में दासो मुर्मू, सनातन तिवारी, विजय कुमार अन्ना मुर्मू, गंगाधर यादव, योगेश्वर ठाकुर, घनश्याम पंडित, देबू यादव, श्यामू बासके, धनेश्वर महतों, गोने टुडू, संतोष बास्के, नबी अंसारी, अब्दुल अंसारी, संचित कुमार, बॉबी देवी, जीतन गोस्वामी, बिंदिया देवी, सरिता देवी, सुजीत दास, सोहन गोस्वामी, छत्रधारी सिंह, हेमलाल सिंह, बासुदेव मरांडी, मोहम्मद अब्दुल, टिपन ठाकुर, दीपक ठाकुर, अनिता हांसदा, थांभी मंडल सहित काफी संख्या में महिला और पुरुष किसान उपस्थित रहे।

रांची : पूर्व मंत्री एवं झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने कहा है कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों एवं टाना भगतों के ऐतिहासिक स्थलों एवं स्मारकों के विकास के लिए दी गयी तीन महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं की स्वीकृति ऐतिहासिक होने के साथ ही सराहनीय कदम है. श्री तिर्की ने मंगलवार को एक विज्ञप्ति जारी कर कहा कि, सरकार के इस कदम से एक बार फिर से यह प्रमाणित हो गया है कि हेमंत सोरेन के नेतृत्व में काम कर रही झारखण्ड सरकार, सही-सटीक दिशा में आगे बढ़ रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार के साथ ही सभी सहयोगी दलों का ध्यान बिना हल्ला-गुल्ला और शोरगुल के जनहित पर अपना पूरा ध्यान केंद्रित करना है. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि इस मामले में मांडर की विधायक शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने भी अपने स्तर से गंभीर प्रयास किया था और इससे संबंधित माँग को उन्होंने विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान भी उठाया था.

एक करोड़ 16 लाख 24 हज़ार रुपये की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति मिली

श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि कांग्रेस के अनेक नेता और कार्यकर्ता गंभीरता के साथ सरकार के साथ ही संबंधित अधिकारियों को इस बात से अवगत कराने का लगातार प्रयास कर रहे थे कि ये सभी योजनाएं केवल इसलिए महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है, क्योंकि वह झारखण्ड के महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों टाना भगतों के साथ जुड़ी है, श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि आज सरकार के राजस्व, निबंधन एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग द्वारा एक करोड़ 16 लाख 24 हज़ार रुपये की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति देते हुए टाना भगत स्वतंत्रता सेनानी स्मारक स्थल के मुख्य द्वार एवं परिसर के सौंदर्यीकरण की अनुमति प्रदान की गयी है. इसके अलावा टाना भगत स्वतंत्रता सेनानी स्मारक स्थल के बाउंड्री वाल व स्टेज के निर्माण एवं कैंपस के उन्नयन के संदर्भ में 39 लाख 60 हज़ार छह सौ रूपये वाली योजना को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गयी है. इसके साथ ही टाना भगत स्वतंत्रता सेनानी स्मारक स्थल के परिसर में कॉन्फ्रेंस हॉल एवं अतिथि गृह के निर्माण के लिये कुल एक करोड़ 76 लाख 53 हज़ार 9 सौ रूपये की स्वीकृति प्रदान की गयी है.

According to a statement from the ministry, Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, will officially inaugurate the Bharat New Car Assessment Program (Bharat NCAP) on Tuesday.

According to the press release, Bharat NCAP represents a significant advancement in the government’s efforts to raise the safety standards for motor vehicles in India weighing up to 3.5 tonnes. “The programme aims to provide a tool to the car customers to make a comparative assessment of crash safety of motor vehicles available in the market. Under this programme, car manufacturers can voluntarily offer their cars tested as per Automotive Industry Standard (AIS) 197,” a statement by the ministry said.

“Based on the performance of the car in the tests, car will be awarded star ratings for Adult Occupants (AOP) and Child Occupant (COP). Potential car customers can refer to these star ratings to compare the safety standards of different vehicles and accordingly make their purchase-decision,” it added.

It is anticipated that as demand for safer vehicles rises, automakers will be more motivated to meet consumer demands. High safety standards will enable Indian automobiles to compete more successfully on the international market, boosting the export potential of Indian automakers.

What is Bharat NCAP?

The Bharat NCAP program, also known as the Bharat New Car Assessment Programme, is the first crash test program in India that allows automakers to voluntarily submit their vehicles for testing in accordance with Automotive Industry Standard (AIS) 197. The program is anticipated to create a safety-conscious automobile industry in India. To raise the level of road safety in the nation, the Bharat NCAP will become a part of the global NCAP family.

Global NCAP currently tests Indian automobiles, and they have examined more than 50 models from manufacturers including Tata Motors, Mahindra, and Kia. Apart from Global NCAP, which tests vehicles from nations where NCAP has not yet been introduced, such as India and Africa, Bharat NCAP joins other programs including ASEAN NCAP from Asia, Euro NCAP from Europe, Latin NCAP from South America, and NHTSA Test in the United States.

On October 1, 2023, the Bharat NCAP will go into effect. It is a voluntary test and hence not mandatory for any automaker to send their vehicles for testing.

Why is the Bharat NCAP rating important?

Similar to its international counterparts, Bharat NCAP has adopted the practice of extensive front, rear, and side impact crash tests on the cars. The two essential safety features of a car, seatbelts and airbags, will be evaluated simultaneously. Standards for pedestrian safety are also included.

The introduction of Bharat NCAP would increase transparency on the safety features of automobiles sold in India. The safety features offered in various car models and grades will be fully disclosed to consumers. This might therefore affect the choices that potential customers make regarding their purchases, elevating safety to a top priority.

In the semi-final tiebreaks of the 2023 Chess World Cup in Baku on Monday, Indian Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu defeated world No. 3 Fabiano Caruana 3.5-2.5 to go to the championship match

The pair had previously played to draws on Saturday and Sunday in the classical division.

The Indian defeated American GM Fabiano Caruana in the third game of the tiebreak to get to the final after the first two classical games on Saturday and Sunday and the first two rapid games on Monday ended in draws. Then, in the last tiebreaker game, he defeated Caruana to earn a place in the championship match against Magnus Carlsen!

Both of the 25-minute games in the tiebreaks ended in draws, which made for an uneventful start to the tiebreaks. In the first of those games, the 18-year-old Indian was rather fortunate as Caruana wasted a winning position to settle for a draw.

Praggnanandhaa scored in the third tiebreaker game, which had a reduced time constraint (10 minutes).

The Chennai-lad, using the white pieces, moved into a pawn-up position after the 21st move and never lost it. 63 moves into the match, the child persisted and eventually forced the American to resign.

Playing with the black pieces in the subsequent game, Praggnanandhaa once more put Caruana under pressure, needing just a draw to win. The 31-year-old was able to escape difficulty, but he never truly had a chance to win the game before they shook hands after 83 moves.

After former World Champion Viswanathan Anand in 2002, Praggnanandhaa’s draw made him the first Indian to qualify for the FIDE World Cup Final. He also qualified for the 2024 Candidates competition, where the winner will compete against Ding Liren of China for the world championships title.

In Baku, Praggnanandhaa will compete for the championship against world No. 1 and former world champion Magnus Carlsen after defeating Caruana and world No. 2 Hikauru Nakamura en route to the final.

The teen chess prodigy Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa, affectionately known as Pragg, will face five-time world champion Magnus Carlsen on Tuesday in the FIDE World Cup in Baku, Azerbaijan, and millions of Indians will be rooting for him.

Numerous political figures and athletes are cheering on the 18-year-old teenager for representing India with pride at the chess world championship.

Praggnanandhaa was born and reared in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and became interested in chess when his older sister Vaishali began playing the game at age 6. He was just 2 years old at the time.

The achievement of Murlikant Petkar not only raised awareness of para-sports in India but also sparked the growth of handicap sports in that nation. Popular singer Raju Punjabi passed away at the age of 40, just days after releasing his most recent song.

In the early hours of August 22, renowned Haryanavi vocalist Raju Punjabi passed away. He was 40. According to India TV, Raju was having treatment for jaundice at a private hospital in Hisar, Haryana. He’d been discharged a few days earlier, but his condition had gotten worse, and he’d been readmitted.

Raju Punjabi is a lyricist who is connected to the haryanvi music industry. His birthplace is Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India, and he was born in 1990. He stands about 5″5″ tall. He finished his education at Rajasthan’s Chaudhary Senior Secondary School. Raja Kumar is Raju’s true name in Punjabi.

Raju released the song “Aapse Milke Yaara Humko Accha Laga Tha” ten days before he passed away. The vocalist also contributed to a number of other popular songs, including Desi Desi, Aacha Lage Se, Tu Cheez Lajawab, Bhang Mere Yaara Ne, and Last Peg, in addition to these singles.

Immediately following the news of Raju Punjabi’s passing made headlines, Haryana’s chief minister, Manohar Lal Khattar, also paid tribute to him.

Manohar Lal Khattar, the chief minister of Haryana, paid homage to the musician on the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter). He claimed that Raju Punjabi’s passing caused a “irreparable loss” to the Haryanan music business.

The musician will reportedly have final rites conducted before his remains is brought to his home hamlet of Rawatsar Kheda. He was presently residing in Azadnagar, Hisar. After learning of his passing, his family and friends have begun travelling to Hisar.

His health eventually improved, and according to the report, he was released from the hospital. The singer was readmitted as his condition began to deteriorate. Raju was pictured in a hospital bed when singer KD Desi Rock posted the image with the caption “Raju wapas aaja (Raju come back).”

The news startled even the followers of the late artist. A wrote: “A great tragedy in the world of music, the king of tunes Har Dil Aziz, our dear brother Raju Punjabi ji has said goodbye to the world.” The following comment was made: “Very sad news Renowned Haryanvi singer #RajuPunjabi ji is no longer with us today. Raju Punjabi, a parent of three young children, was unique in the entire Haryanvi industry.
