गिरिडीह: डीवीसी के कमांड जिलों में जीरोकट बिजली आपूर्ति के साथ रेवेन्यू की वसूली भी अब डीवीसी करेगा। कमांड जिलों में गिरिडीह को पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में चयन होने के बाद गिरिडीह एरिया बोर्ड की बैठक बुधवार को डांड़ीडीह पावर स्टेशन स्थित जीएम कार्यालय में हुई। इस दौरान बैठक में सदर विधायक सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू, गिरिडीह एरिया बोर्ड के जीएम प्रतोष कुमार, अधीक्षक अभियंता विनय, डीवीसी के पुटकी चीफ इंजीनियर एसके श्रीवास्तव, डीवीसी के भोरंडीहा कार्यपालक अभियंता समेत कई अधिकारी शामिल हुए। बैठक में कंसल्टेंसी एजेंसी अर्नेस्ट एंड यंग का चयन किया गया।
रेवेन्यू कलेक्शन का जिम्मा भी डीवीसी के हाथों में होगा
बताया गया कि झारखंड बिजली वितरण निगम लिमिटेड के सहयोग और आपसी तालमेल से ही डीवीसी द्वारा बिजली आपूर्ति किया जाना है। रेवेन्यू कलेक्शन का जिम्मा भी डीवीसी के हाथों में होगा. इस बाबत विधायक सोनू ने कहा कि इसके लिए सबसे पहले आधारभूत संरचना को और मजबूत करने की जरूरत है। साथ ही कमर्शियल और टेक्निकल डाटा तैयार करना जरूरी है। इसके बगैर जीरो पावरकट बिजली आपूर्ति संभव नहीं। विधायक के सुझाव पर अर्नेस्ट एंड यंग एजेंसी को मई तक काम पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया गया। बिजली बोर्ड के अनुसार पूरे जिले में साढ़े तीन लाख बिजली उपभोक्ता हैं. हर माह इन उपभोक्ताओं से बिजली बोर्ड को महज 18 करोड़ का ही राजस्व मिल पाता है। इसे पहले राजस्व बढ़ाने को लेकर कई प्रयास किए गए। लेकिन बिजली चोरी अधिक होने के कारण पिछले कई सालों में राजस्व बढ़ाना संभव नहीं हो पाया।
